I'll start by saying I drive an hour round trip to do buildings here. My area (Mt Holly) doesn't have anything that comes close to what this store has to offer. By far the best vape shop around. The owner and staff are very friendly and kind. Not pushy to make a sale and will give an honest opinion, Even if it means selling a lesser ticket item. Knowledgeable, mellow staff; good selection, with honest feedback on different mods and flavors. First time I came in, the person I was working with had to step away to deal with a different (somewhat difficult) customer. Was still happy with the service, but it went over the top when she apologized for getting pulled away. Second time, they remembered me and worked with me to find the right sub-ohm vape and nic salt for my budget. Third time was a different person but no less a comfortable, easy experience. I could go elsewhere, but why risk getting less than good service ? 10/10 - highly recommend EDIT: to the snarky "it's cheaper online" people - of course it is. But you're also supporting a local business and providing revenue to keep shops open and great people employed. read more

Bought a VooPoo Drag. Was told it was the latest voopoo drag 2, it was not, it came out to be the original voopoo Drag 1. The voopoo logo is in the middle and not at the bottom. Scammers, they wouldn't even refund me the product they mislead me on. Trust is ultimately broken. read more

Love doing business with The Vape Shop. They are located on Route 33 in Hamilton. The owner and her staff are very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. The prices are reasonable, the selection is plentiful, and the products are top quality. I highly recommend this store and have been going there for a several years. Even at its most crowded, the wait time is reasonable. The only drawback is the parking. There are several other businesses using the same lot so occasionally you will experience a delay while trying to park. read more

This place charges WAY too much for their products. I typically purchase my vape items online, however I ran out of liquid so I decided to stop into this place since I live nearby. I counted atleast 6 different brands of liquid I have bought online for less than half the price this store has marked. Selling a 100mL bottle of liquid for over $30 is INSANE. Tons of shops online that offer hundreds of options and freebies (plus free shipping most of the time) and I feel like I got robbed here. Learned my lesson. read more

This shop was the worst experience I've had in my 8 years of Vaping. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending. They're selling knock off devices, tanks and coils as authentic and refuse to refund. If this were any other industry these people would be in jail for selling counterfeit products. Do not shop here, shops are a dime a dozen these days and this place isn't worth the time. I can't believe shops like this still exist. read more

Really nice guys helped me out when I came in. As a beginner looking for a simple setup for my GF and myself, the two gentlemen behind the counter were very helpful. I had a bunch of questions which they were able to answer. I was intimidated coming into the shop for the first time, but I had a great experience. The juices here are good and the staff is very knowledgeable of their products. The only downside is their hardware is a bit on the pricey side, even in comparison to other brick and mortar vape shops. That aside, the friendly service and passion that the employees display keep me coming back on a weekly basis for the juices they sell. read more

My boyfriend and I drop by for fluid often. We bought both of our vapes here and they work fine. We have never had a bad experience so it's a shame to see a few people who've probably only tried it once and of course they aren't going to blame their own crappy personality so they take it upon themselves to write an inaccurate review. Out of all of the vape shops we've been to this is the friendliest staff we've encountered. We actually frequent it because the owner was so helpful when we were first purchasing our vapes (since our last ones from our the previous shop we frequented were crap). This use to be my go to shop when I began vaping. The guy that was working then was very helpful in walking me through the process of buying my first vape set up. I have since stopped going there due to one of their newer employees being rude. I contacted the owner and it was agreed that the employee was unprofessional and she was going to speak with him. Never happened as I experienced the same issue with the same employee a short time later. The lady who owns the shop is very genuine and willing to help and make sure you leave a happy customer. read more

This shop was okay. Their juice selection is behind a counter, so far that you can't read what they are so you're forced to ask what each one is. Also you can't vape indoors here, what's the point in that? Those are my only complaints. read more

Could have been an off day, two times. The first my girlfriend and I walked in and were met the customer service you would expect. The second time it seems as if the counter help had changed and were less professional. we felt as if we were intruding on their space and time as a conversation of cars was carried on between a group of young men on both sides of the counter. we felt slighted yet still ended up spending, to us a significant amount of money.
