They didn't apologize, they just said "sometimes our drivers call and sometimes they don't". Mistakes happen, but I don't remember the last time I've seen a store that openly admits they're indifferent to delivering on time. Needles to say, I'll buy flowers somewhere else next time.

I'm obsessed with this store and all of the employees. it is such a welcoming environment, with low lighting and soft music. I cannot say enough good things about the staff! Every single one of them is highly knowledgeable about cannabis and they're willing to spend time with you to figure out exactly what works for you. I spent decades using the wrong kind of strain, and after just a couple visits the kind folks at pure blossom were able to figure out that I was using something with terrines that didn't work for me. I had no idea. my experience is totally different now and I feel like "ohhh... so this is what people mean when they say they get chill after consuming" Another huge draw is their daily deals. each day of the week has a different deal. They offer a discount for people on government assistance and I think that is an incredibly honorable thing to do, especially in these times. I live in Colorado and the experience I've had at this dispensary has been my favorite by far! The workers are all helpful and full of amazing personalities and the store itself is very pleasing to the eye and not overwhelming for people that are easily overwhelmed by walls and displays of products.
