There is metered parking surrounding the shop. You can use quarters or the parking app to pay the $1.50 per hour. They have a basket of quarters when you walk in if you need some for parking. They referred to it as their free parking which was cute. The space itself is an old fire house right off the strip that runs through town. Jesse is the owner and will check you in with your ID so do not forget to bring that! The owner is super welcoming and interesting to talk to if she's not to busy. She is currently living above the dispensary with hopes of turning it into a consumption lounge which would be so perfect for the community and visitors. In addition to a great selection of cannabis they have some cool stuff for sale and table of free goodies including Narcan kits which I gladly took. They have a lot of brands and products I've never seen in the larger dispensaries around NJ which is always fun to find. Pro tip: Buy a preroll and head down to the benches on the water near Lambertville Inn for a true baked by the river experience.

Parking is free in the huge and well lit parking lot. Customers enter into a security room first and go to either the recreational line or the medical line. After showing ID to staff at the counter, customers are buzzed in through a locked door to the dispensary showroom. The staff here is knowledgeable and very helpful. Bloc Somerset also has a reward-point a program and offers discounts for different groups such as veterans and teachers. Customers can order online and everything is packed and ready to go. The business is cash only. An ATM is in the showroom. I like the progressive values of this business and that they support social justice organizations. For security, customers leave through a double chamber door. I'm grateful that this high quality dispensary opened close to home. On Sunday 3/22/26 early afternoon, I walked into the shop with my small child and immediately with no welcome greeting we were harassed by an employee named Terry, "she's not allowed in here, she's not 21!" Then he proceeded to hold her hostage at the front door while I was separated from my child. I understand that a minor cannot purchase anything but my 12 year old daughter isn't gonna jump behind the counter and start doing bong rips Terry. She's with me cause I'm not leaving a child alone in the car in this sick fu&@ed up world we have made for ourselves. Countless times I have taken my child into many dispensaries all over jersey and have never had any issues. Some employees (humans) even interact with all my children in a positive manner cause they're not customers, they're humans and they should be treated as such. I've seen so many other parents who bring their children into dispensaries to get their medicine without ever being singled out like we were by your rude robotic, non-human Terry. Every time this happens, you're basically letting your employee tell customers that families don't matter to your establishment and neither does my business. I spend between 30-40 dollars daily at dispensaries, which equates to roughly 13 thousand dollars in yearly sales. I was positive this was going to be my store that I use on a regular basis amongst a sea of competitors that are eager for our hard earned money. I had to explain to my daughter that she had done nothing wrong when she questioned me on why the mean man separated us in the store. I don't feel this establishment values my business anymore.
