We've been going to this store for quite a while and know the owner. Today we went in to buy a vaporizer and the girl behind the counter drove us out in less than 3 minutes. When we asked about the differences in vaporizers she told us she had no idea and to do our research. No lady! How about YOU do your research so you know what you're selling. Needless to say we will not be going back and letting the owner know the rudeness and lack of knowledge his staff has. Very disappointed. read more

I got my Journey pipe from there it is the best thing EVER. if you smoke anything at all you are missing out if you don't check out all the cool gadgets and unique stuff they have here. Karen was really helpful and knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted to get out of the experience. Karin was not in the shop either of the two times I went in. I was told by Vinny to come back after 1 pm and Karin would be there. She was not. Vinny also quoted me $85 on the kit the prior week when I spent $50 on juice and coils for a different unit I have. That's what the kit sold for online when it was available. The G320 is not even sold any longer due to the problem with the battery door and screen going blank which is all I am waiting for now to complete my miserable experience. An experienced shop would have known this and steered me to a better unit in an effort to maintain customer relations and satisfaction. I was happy to spend a little more to get something better. Karin admitted to having very little knowledge about the devices she is selling which should have been a huge red flag but I wanted to do business locally instead of online. Proven again that small businesses are so worried about profit that they don't educate themselves on the products they sell. Both Smok and Vapor DNA told me when I spoke to them the following day that anyone in the business should know the G320 is junk. No posted policy about not returning electronic devices. Tanks could have been switch to a better mod to subside the fact it was used. No effort was made on Karins part to do the right thing. What a surprise. No tax collected. Another red flag. Pick up the phone and do the right thing. You know where I work. Otherwise enjoy me checking this every few days to correct your bs. Update Door is already falling open every time I set it down. Just waiting for the screen to go blank now. Thanks Up In Smoke for your great recommendation Update Screwed the tank back onto the mod yesterday and it stripped out and unit is now completely shot. I can only imagine Karen and Vinny will have a good laugh over this as their fleecing of an honest customer by pushing a crap unit is complete. Great work. I truly hope your business fails completely for your lack of customer service. Keep selling junk and drug paraphernalia in Flemington though.
