This place was exactly what I was looking for. Since the moment I walked in and greeted by the person on staff named Kennedy. He helped me out tremendously since I was a newbie towards vaping coming from regular cigarettes. Explained everything thoroughly and was not trying to make an immediate sale. However I did purchase a new product called Uwell and have been in love with it every since. In closing I would highly recommend this place for the newbie or the avid vaping person. They do have a happy hour discount Monday through Thursday. There website is currently down so don't try that although you can call them like I had to hear what there hours are. The staff is mostly friendly. Sometimes when I go in, I feel like I'm intruding on a coed sleepover with people sprawled all over the couches. The prices are good on the liquids, but device stock is limited. I do find prices are cheaper online but the one guy bundles stuff for a better deal. Expensive compared to other Vape shops. Always out of flavors. They charge 1 dollar. To try their vape juices, when others in the area don't charge at all. I think because it's a chain store, not independent they are more expensive. However, Holly is AWESOME! read more

Stopped in for a replacement part for my vape pen. I am slightly new to the vape culture so my knowledge of various things are limited. I was ready to spend way more than was required for my replacement part when the employee set me strait. He honestly pointed me in the right direction and saved me some $clams$ and invited me back when I was ready to upgrade to a better device. Good,honest business practices. The employees didnt seem to want to help you. When you walk in they are just sitting there watching tv. Dont even think they said hi or anything. We walked to the counter to try some juices and they hand you a dripper or ask if you have yours. So when you try it all you taste is the previous juice. They should have separate tanks to try juices. They have such a big store but very little product. Overall i was not happy at all. read more

So I have to say that this is sort of a mixed review. Depending on who is working this place is great. I had a fantastic experience with Holly. She was knowledgeable and willing to make suggestions to me and answer my questions. Whenever she is not there however I have a very different experience. The associates working tend to answer with either a yes or a no and seem like they are being inconvenienced when they have to suggest alternatives when they are out of a certain product so you should know what you are looking for before you go. As someone who is in sales/customer service I found that to be very frustrating. All in all they have a pretty great selection of Mods and flavors. read more

I'm continuously blown away by the customer service in this place! Yes, the specials are amazing, the products are great, and the pricing is great, but the customer service is above and beyond. There are other shops closer to my house but I will always make the drive to Love Vape. When you have people working at your store that not only are knowledgeable, but are genuinely good people, that's what keeps people coming back. If your going here for the first time, you will likely see this place differently than a regular customer. Don't be afraid to ask questions, because if you walk in not knowing what youre looking for, it makes it hard for the employee's to assist you. You can test the juices on your own mod, or a store mod. They take good care of the store mod, you cant taste previous juices unless you are asking to taste tons of flavors and you drip yourself improperly. These are the situations you would find yourself here You are buying juices or hardware. You are meeting up with friends as a social spot. Friday nights for board game nights. Highly encourage coming on friday night around 6 for first timers. This store is off to a good start, but seems to have potential as a social spot in Hatfield and it just isn't all there yet. Pulling in and out of the store parking lot can be quick or long as it is on 309. Would definitely like to see this place get as packed as bars and hookah bars get, place has a lot of potential. read more

I have never written a negative review before now, but my experience in this store today was so terrible! I noticed this new vape shop after an appointment at a business next door, and I decided to stop in and check it out. I didn't even get a chance to look at any of the products thanks to the pit bull puppy roaming around and whoever her irresponsible owner is. As soon as I walked in with my 3 year old daughter, we were greeted by a pit bull puppy who kept jumping all over my daughter. I kept gently pushing the puppy down, but she wouldn't leave my daughter alone. I picked up my daughter and started towards the counter, and then the puppy started biting at my ankles. The dog bit a hole in my favorite jeans and broke the skin on my leg! It wasn't until I yelled "ouch, whose dog is this?" before a man behind the counter called the dog's name which made her stop. I tried going up to the counter, but the dog was still following. So I decided to leave. On my way out the door, I was stopped by the puppy that once again attacked my ankles and wouldn't let go of my pant leg. Again, I had to yell for help before someone came up and grabbed the dog. Now I don't blame the puppy for this incident because she obviously doesn't know any better. The store owner, manager, and dog's owner are absolutely at fault for allowing a dog in there in the first place and for not properly supervising the animal. I'm absolutely enraged that they weren't proactive in keeping their dog from biting and jumping on a potential customer. A public place of business is not appropriate for an animal to be in, especially when the animal is not trained or even old enough to be trained for that matter. This store is not very large; there is no excuse for the owner not disciplining the puppy the FIRST time it jumped on my daughter! Why did I even have to yell for help? The owner should have been carefully watching how the puppy was interacting with CUSTOMERS! As much as I would like to be reimbursed for my jeans that are now ruined, I'm not sure it's even worth my time or effort to deal with people who obviously have such questionable judgement. I won't return to this store ever again, so I'll just continue using Lehigh Vapor and Liberty Vapor as my vape stores of choice. read more

So as a couple times a week customer for juices I was happy. Today ENDS my relationship with this shop for good. Last night a friend and I came in a bought a mechanical mod for 25$, as my regular piece was thrown out by unknowing family members. I was grabbing this mod for the time being. I already had an RDA for but when I got home plugged it in and it wouldn't fire. At all. Nothing. I returned to Love vape this afternoon and asked them to help me get it working. James (the owner) spent all of 5 minutes redoing the setup on the RDA before saying that the RDA wouldn't work for this mod. His solution was to wait until next week when they have a blackfriday sale and purchase yet another mod, at a discounted price...ummm excuse me? So after he abandoned us at the counter to go hang out by the vape bar we decided to go to another local vape shop. We explained to them the situation and they assured us that the RDA was perfectly fine and that a piece of the mod Love had sold me last night was messed up, hence why it wasn't working. He then sold me the same mod only not the crappy model for 15$ and recommended we return to Love Vape and return the mod we purchased last night. So that was our plan. We went in and immediately James knew there was an issue and approached us. When we told him we wanted to return he said he couldn't because it was used. I explained that he himself couldn't get it to work so how could I have "used" it. He eventually agreed to give us store credit to get some juice with were cool with. We didn't really want have to boycott this shop, however 2 minutes later, after seeing a small scratch that he himself probably put on it considering all the metal rings he was wearing and considering he had handled it the more than we did. We told him how we felt. You are losing not one but two regular customers (and probably a group of 15-20 people we associate with) over a small sale you made maybe 10-15 bucks off of. in the past 3 weeks alone we've spent at least $200+ with them alone. and for him to raise his voice at me and disrespect me like he did?! as a business man myself I would rather lose the few dollars profit I made off this one tiny sale then lose regular customers that purchase from me 2-3 times a week. Also, after i told him what the other vape shop said was wrong with the mod- he fixed it saying he "doesn't know why he missed it the first time" we brought it in. Hmmm, maybe because you didn't give a fuck considering you just kept telling me I should purchase additional parts for the mod that didn't work. I am to say the least pissed over this. It's not even about the money. It's about loyalty to your business and loyalty to your customers. James made it very clear to me that he cares nothing about either. HIGHLY recommend the other shop that helped us through this ordeal. GO TO LIBERTY VAPOR in lansdale. All their juices are made in house.
