I am absolutely floored by the knowledge these members have when it comes to strains, doses, uses, etc. I am now completely off of my migraine medicines and I micro-dose THC:CBD for pain. Within 30 minutes, I start to feel like myself again. It is as simple as going in and asking to speak with someone. You could even call ahead if you wanted to. Just explain symptoms, what you're looking for vs. what you're not looking for. Some people like head highs, some don't. There's literally something for everyone. They took some of their high-demand strains and started arbitrarily charging more on them to protect their margins. They changed their "system" in a massive overhaul with no warning to patients in a way that not only made everything slower and more difficult, but also exposed my and others' personal data without consent in the process. Whoever makes these decisions for the company should be ashamed, I'm sure it reflects in their numbers, being how much competition is so close, even 2 intersections away. The staff themselves are pleasant, but the shopping experience leaves much to be desired anymore.

He placed a prescription order around 8:28 PM and was informed it would be ready within 5-15 minutes. He arrived at the door at 8:58 PM, well before the listed 9:00 PM closing time. Despite this, staff inside refused to open the door. When I called to ask what was going on, the woman who answered said, "I close at 8:59 and 30 seconds. I didn't see him." She then added, "I'm management, and I have the discretion to close when I feel like it." My partner is a disabled military veteran who relies on this medication. We explained that he would now have to travel an hour away to obtain it that night -- and even after hearing that, she showed no empathy, no compassion, and no willingness to assist. To deny service to a disabled person (and person of color) who arrived before closing, while citing "personal discretion," raises serious ethical and legal concerns. This behavior contradicts what any compassionate, law-abiding, and community-serving business should stand for -- especially one operating in a field built on accessibility and care for vulnerable groups. We will be reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau and state oversight for further review. No veteran or patient should ever experience such treatment when seeking necessary medication.

The lady with the glasses and multi-colored pony tail is gruff, unfriendly and basically insulting. Not a good way to treat customers. Just a level of mean arrogance that isn't typical in this Industry. Don't forget, I am a patient with issues that you are unaware of. To be so aggressive to a patient is messed up and unappreciated. Their nutritionists and holistic specialists know the right questions to be asked, listen closely to your answers, and walk you to the section of the store where they show you what to consider. In my situation, I was looking for a few things for the family; lecithin for hair strengthening, Vitamin C, D3 and K-2 for enhanced immunity and cardiovascular health. My guide volunteer showed me the available choices, suggested what to avoid based on the prescription drugs taken, and made sure I selected the right dosages (sometimes less is more). Holly Hill has many private label options where discounted price is most apparent. Something was wrong with the batch....my husband used it as usual, came to bed, and I immediately smelled a foul odor. We checked it again over a couple of days and took it back to the store. The sales person said she only smelled peppermint(??!!). We then, in front of the sales person, opened another bottle that had the same odor. The explanation was that they make different batches. We had certainly hoped it would at least be investigated in case a bacteria had gotten into that batch. We were offered a credit but not a refund. We have found a wonderful product online and will not be ordering from Holly Hill again. My advice: check your product before you leave the store. The store that "cares about you" didn't quite care enough to refund our money.
