This is an awesome store, Sun has had cigars that I couldn't get elsewhere and she went out of her way to get me boxes of my favorite Arturo Fuente a beautiful woman with a fantastic sense of customer service. I've seen some negative ads of people walking in at 7:59 PM when they close at 8 expecting service please I work in retail that is totally inconsiderate of the employees, if you need a product or tobacco or anything else don't go to the store one minute before they close be considerate of the employees this place is awesome and the owner is the greatest. read more

Went to SmoKings to look for a gift for my manager. They had a HUGE selection of cigars, lighters, hookah, pretty much everything. I was super surprised by the diversity of their selections because of how small the place looks from outside! They even have an ATM and sell lottery too lol. Staff was helpful and were familiar with the merchandise (they gave me nice recommendations about what cigars my manager might like). Best part, the prices all seemed really fair. Would definitely recommend stopping by for ANYTHING smoking/tobacco related. Like really ANYTHING haha While I was there, I also asked about the Juul for a friend. Smokings, it's not easy to tell you this, but it's over. I'm officially a non-smoker now. I hope we can still be friends. I have shopped at this location regularly but after today will shop there no more. Customer service is everything. When you give me the wrong cigarettes and I have to drive back to replace them and you charge me an additional 44 cents for your mistake and are rude to me on top of that, you have lost my business and since I purchase for three people that is significant business to lose. read more

The shop employees do not have much knowledge about the product they sell. Some of the cigars I purchased were extremely dry and it took good 2 weeks in my humidor before I smoke them. You may have better luck purchasing cigars from online shops. read more

Recently decided to roll my own cigarettes to save some money. I was having a hard time finding a local tobacco shop that wasn't actually a cigar shop that sold packs of cigarettes. Even Wawa came up as a listing! I feel like I hit the jackpot with Smokings. They have a huge selection of loose tobacco and accessories. They also sell cigars. packs of cloves and other specialties. The prices are very reasonable, and the clerk was very kind to a woman who obviously had no idea what she was looking for. He was able to steer me in the right direction and I couldn't be happier with our selections. I will be back!!! read more

I happened upon SmoKings and I am glad that I did. Sun's prices are better than anyone else in the area. She is very friendly and makes sure the customer leaves happy.
