I was super surprised by the diversity of their selections because of how small the place looks from outside! They even have an ATM and sell lottery too lol. Would definitely recommend stopping by for ANYTHING smoking/tobacco related. Like really ANYTHING haha While I was there, I also asked about the Juul for a friend. They told me that they JUST got it in. PLUG: they asked me to spread the word LOL but they also have other vaping options and a ton of flavors which I'll be telling my friends about :)

Shauna is the one you want to go to when it comes to the different products they sell. She is extremely knowledgeable , and understands what you are looking for whether it be in liquids or in CBD. Even if they do not have the product you're looking for, she will gladly accommodate you with a product similar to your request. I am not taking anything away from her associates mind you, I'm sure the crew here are very capable, and knowledgeable as she is. Make it Vapor may seem a little small, but they have everything you could possibly need in here. Consider them a little powerhouse in the vaping community when it comes to product and quality. I have been to other vape shops, and they are no where near as great as this place. Make it Vape is one of a kind, that relaxed vibe to it, where you can come in and chill. Great shop, great service, great aroma, reasonable prices, with the patience to make sure you are fully accommodated. Hands down top notch in my opinion. Make it Vapor, you've just gained another customer. I am Nando, and I approve this message.

I called a friend still there and asked to have the manager put it behind the counter to pick up the next day. Well the next day I arrive and the employee "Wayne" tells ask what it looked like and then says " that was a nice lighter. It was on the table when I was leaving ,I knew it wasn't one of ours so I took it home". I asked him to bring it back and I'd come back the next day to get it. I come back and another manager tells me that he wasn't due in until later that evening so I left my number. Another day no call from the store, then I call the next day and still no lighter. Most businesses have a simple lost and found policy of hold items behind the counter and see if someone returns for it. I never heard of employees allowed to remove that which does not belong to them because it's nice looking and don't demand they return it to the store after a customer inquiry that has been verified. Four days after my original return to find my lighter two visits to ask and a phone call nothing. They have my number if the want me to have it returned gas cost too much to keep driving there for nothing. However, they have lost me as a customer and I will not be suggesting them to anyone else. Good experience = 5 potential customers, bad experience = loss of 20 potential customers.

I will never go there again. I will go to other cigar stores who have been friendly to me in the past.

I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either. Backround: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. The product would not charge. This was demonstrable in less than a minute, but I apparently had to send a video to the manufacturer for them to pay attention and I still haven't heard back from them.
