Went there on Dec 5th at about 1:00 PM. No other customers in the store. I mention this because I don't can't speak to service on a busy day. So these were the nicest guys ever. Very helpful, very friendly, and willing to spend time answering all my questions. Based on this one experience, I really wanted to give them five stars, but the Zen juice I bought there was just terrible. Smelled great, but just wasn't for me. They do have other brands and I totally intend on going back to try something different. read more

Mark is awesome. I played myself. He called me out. It's all good. Tons of products. I love how they make their own juice. Got shawns juice. It's fruity and delicious. 70-30 mix. They also have smok t8-v8 coils so if you have the cloud beast he has your coils you need (forget the v4 and v6 coils, they suck imo) mark was honest and said the v10 was more restrictive so I'm going to take his word. The customer service here is absolutely top notch. I thought I was having a problem with a leaking tank on my mod. They took the time to examine it, identify the problem as the coil, show me how to recognize it in the future and change the coil....even replaced the coil....at no charge and filled the tank with the ejuice I was using. A couple of coworkers brought me here a few months ago. I didn't even realize there was a vape shop right on Germantown Ave. I was stoked to find that their house juice menu is very fruit focused since so many other places rely on custards/creams/cookies/cupcakes which I can't stand. Their juice is excellent, well priced, and the staff is exceedingly helpful and knowledgeable. I've got my fingers crossed that they stick around now that PA has imposed their insane 40% tax on vape products, because this is the only place I can buy some of my favorite juices. Shaun's Mix, Guava Candy and Sugar Pear are all killer. I'd you're in southern Montgomery County, they've got three shops that all carry the full line of juice so there's no reason to go anywhere else. Make sure you sign up for their text alerts because they run sales all the time just for people on their list. read more

I bought a brand new Smok Alien kit from this guy after I let him talk me into the upgrade. He said it was great and would make all the difference from the mod I was using. Sold me a brand new kit and two of his best batteries totaling $119.00. One month later it quits on me. I took it back. "What the F-. ?" He asked me, "how did you recharge it?" I said, " I used the recharger that came with the kit you sold according to the manual that came with the kit you sold me." He said, " there's your problem. You should have bought a new recharger from me when you bought this "great kit I sold you". It's the recharger that came with the kit that killed it." "So your telling me that the charger that came with the kit you talked up to me and sold me for $119.00 killed it? And your not going to do anything about this? That's it?" He said, "that's it." No refund. No store credit. Nothing. Just handed me back my now useless Smok Alien kit that he told me was so great when he was selling it and pointed to the door. I called visa and filed with them and left a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and sent emails to corporate with copies of he better business report. I'm just getting started. Eff this place. And, I will get my money back. I'll be all over the net with this. Also, "Sean's Mix", one of their better selling juices will clog and ruin your coils in one week. Don't buy that piss either. There are better Vape stores in the area. read more

One day, I needed a coil and did not have time to drive to my usual store, which is like a good 30 minutes away. So I took a chance and checked this one out. I was surprised they had the coils I needed, for a great price, and were really nice. Then I decided to try their juice and it's awesome. DK, which is white chocolate banana but mostly banana, is my new favorite of any juice ever. Unlike some other suburban stores, they offer a variety of nicotine levels. (coughcoughnewstoreinbluebellcoughcough) They have awesome sales, and I like their text signup thingy, because I can see a copy of my receipt later and you get points or something for the money you spend. The guy is just really friendly and helpful, he taught me how to clean the cap thingy which I somehow keep getting dirty. There are often young annoying people hanging out, but that can't be helped. I don't hold it against the store. I will continue to shop here. The only bad thing is they're not open Sundays. :( read more
