My daughter and I are frequent visitors and everybody there is especially nice. However, i dialed…read morethe number provided on the website to speak to an actual person at the store. Imagine that! a company that answers their own phone without going overseas or to another country to have people answer the phone call, but you still can't get a hold of anybody in the store. I needed to speak with somebody in the actual Store because I think I left a very, very expensive pair of prescription glasses there. 36 hours later, after 6 calls, the call center admitted that they think they keep their Ringer off. They also chatted with them via chat which they're supposed to see, nope. Nothing! I also emailed them thirty six hours ago and have yet to get a response. ANSWER UR PHONE, EMAILS, AND CHATS!

Service is cool. I have been to several of the dispensaries in the area, and I observed that they…read moreare either the only one, OR one of the few that I haven't discovered yet, who sells pre rolls with CBD (which, in my case is very important). The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because I think that their security personnel are selective with who they are kind with. If you are gay, there is a very obvious type of energy you pick up. My thing is: Comfort. When I walk into an establishment where I am spending my money, even if I pick up on the slightest sense of unconscious biases, I wont go there anymore. Businesses need to understand that it's the smallest things that can affect their numbers. Stop hiring security companies based on either your personal friends with the owner of the company, or the contracted price. Hire quality. I personally won't be returning there for that very reason. Shop with intention. Dont spend money where you are only tolerated and not accepted. Time is money, and money is time.

I buy a cartridge, some pre-rolls and some gummies each trip. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have a great selection and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly. Weekends they always have a sale on carts and pre-rolls. I spend around $60 dollars each time for what I normally get. Even if Philly becomes fully legal I'll always travel because of the great customer service.
