I want to thank the gents for helping me quit smoking. They actually stayed after hours to help me pick the right products that would work 4 me. Super easy-not trying to push any product - unlike other sleazy smoke shops with their cheap made goods. Thanks again boys I look forward to joining your lottery group as well. read more

Best Vape Shop I've been to, in all of Philly, and surrounding areas. The two owners work the shop together, every day. They don't have people who work for them that don't care, and are only there for a pay check. These guys care about your opinion, and they go above and beyond to make your experience with them a great one. Vaping is their passion, obviously, or they would never have given up their careers to have this store. They really seem to take great pride in helping people make a healthier choice for themselves. I was a "die Hard' smoker of cigarettes, until visiting this shop. I found out that vaping was a cleaner choice all around. I have a bad lung disease from smoking cigarettes, and now that I have switched to only vaping, my lung disease is now undetectable. My lung Doctor can't even hear the disease in my lungs anymore. Lucky Clouds literally saved my life. read more

You will not find better customer service than at Lucky Clouds - it is top notch! Mark and Jeff love what they do and it shows in their quality vaping juices, I will never go elsewhere for my vaping needs. read more

These people and products are amazing. My sweetheart and I stopped by today on our way to grocery shopping to get our usual vapor refill. Little did we know that as soon as we would get into our car to leave-it wouldn't start!!! Come to find out, it was a factory battery in our new car. The owners let us wait inside to warm up while he tried to jumpstart our vehicle. After that didn't work, he let my guy take his own truck up to autozone to get a new battery. After he returned, he even helped my guy install it. Hands down, amazing customer service who go above and beyond. Not only their customers, their products too. We love you guys!!!! This is the place to go for all your vaping needs! I started vaping 1 1/2 yrs ago. Hoping I could quit smoking. It wasn't until I found this place about 6 months ago that I actually understood how all the equipment works and the difference between good juice and excellent juice. This place has excellent juice! I'm the pickiest person when it comes to customer service and this place earned the 5 stars. They take their time to explain what is a vape, how to use it, what every little piece is about, its vape 101. They surely went the extra mile and also encourage and appreciate someone who is trying to quit smoking. This place is Excellent ! My go to shop in the northeast! They are a dog friendly establishment which is big for me. They even have a couple of shop dogs in there every once in a while. They also have a great selection of premium house made juice! read more
