Comfy, and very nicely kept, with a wide range of items covering vaping, building, CBD, glasswork, and many other aspects that I am still learning about. The owner Mimi, seems like a very well-informed, knowledgeable, caring person that will go out of her way to ensure you are happy, satisfied, and safe. She doesn't put the sale over the person.

I switched over to HP today, and within 7 hours my tank middle section started to hairline crack and cloud. I removed it, inspected, heavy smell like acetone since it was eatting away the plastic. Hope they start testing their juices for this better. Every juice I tried there seemed to be in different clearos. Some tester juices had nic in them (up to 6). I wanted to like this place but my messed tank puts a bad taste in my mouth, literally. Sent them a msg. Hope they resolve this.

I've been to this location approximately 7 times in the past two months. The first time I went I…read morespecifically asked for a NON-MENTHOL Apple salt e-liquid. Costal Clouds Chilled Apple Pear was recommended a brand I never heard of.. I decided to try it and asked again if it was menthol I was told it was not. Well, I got home and found out it was. I went a second time a week later.. This time I was helped by a woman who was filling in from another store in Cherry Hill. She explained that anything chilled is menthol.. She also explained the Smoke Cartridges when using salt liquids work best with the Mesh Pods. She was professional, knowledgeable and knew everything about all of the items /products I was interested in! Yesterday I called and asked for the Nova 2 smoke mesh pods. I was told they would be in stock today. . I called today and a extremely rude gentleman told me that they don't have the PODS or the Liquid.. I asked him how much the Caramel Salt e-liquid was. He was rude and said " I can't give prices over the phone" . He must be new or just too lazy to check the price as everyone else has given me the prices over the phone from this location in the past. . I wouldn't have to ask for the price if they didn't change every single time I've been there. After today's experience I won't be going back! I think the No name salt liquids this store sells are way too high. Most Gas stations who carry the same brand-liquids charge 6.99-9.99. My vapor store.Com sells top of the line salt E-liquids, like Connoli, The Beard, Pods, Nova 2, & 3 starter kits etc.. a lot cheaper. This Puff and Pipe location isn't consistent, stock is almost always out, workers don't seem to know much , the employee turn over rate is extremely high, it takes forever to get someone to answer a simple question or check you out, prices are ridiculous for base liquids nobody's ever heard of. Don't waste your time or your money.. Instead shop at Myvaporstore.com. This place won't be around much longer!

I've been tobacco free for over ten months now and I owe a lot of that to the people at Vapor Depot. Every single time I visit this shop I am astounded by the wide selection of juices they have- there's ALWAYS a new flavor to try! Vapor Depot carries such a large breadth of juices, many of which I cannot find at any of the surrounding vapor shops in south Jersey. Each juice is always available for sample so I always know I'm gonna enjoy the juice that I buy. Just like their juices, Vapor Depot has quite the wide variety of hardware that is sure to please anyone looking for their first or a new setup. Aside from their incredible range of juices and hardware, Vapor Depot's best quality is their experienced and knowledgeable workers. Quitting smoking was ridiculously hard and the staff at Vapor Depot was there to support me and answer each and every question I had. Once in a rush I visited a competitor's vapor store instead of Vapor Depot in hopes of getting a question answered about a new box mod and the workers there rolled their eyes at me. Vapor Depot and their staff have never thought any of my questions are too stupid to answer and have ALWAYS met my expectations of wonderful customer service. If you are someone who's quitting smoking or someone who's been in the vape world for awhile make sure and check this place out!
