Nice place and they have a wide selection and the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The only two issues I have is their return policy and the fact I bought a Pulsar TAP today. Took off the plastic rapping and the Pen doesn't work, won't charge even turn on. I felt like the young lady who sold me this PEN might of known that this product might be unreliable. Because when I asked about if I had issues she stated that they have a no return policy. So, in all good conscience I can't recommend going to this establishment again. I appreciate the fact they offer military/veterans discount. But I rather patronize a place that at the least would offer an exchange. So, the Pulsar site has a 6 month warranty I've been in contact and they are sending a new TAP hopefully, they'll stand by their product. read more

I'm liking this place. I recently got into e-hookahs again and this place has a nice selection of disposables and e-cigarettes to choose from. I ended up finding a decently priced e-cig (the main brand they carry is VapeUSA) and plan on being back to try out one of their numerous liquid blends. They also carry regular hookah accessories and shisha, most of the main brands anyway, for fair prices. I'm sorry I can't really comment on the cigars, just because I'm no cigar connoisseur. However, since the staff is very friendly and knowledgable here, I'm sure if I wanted to I could get into them with a bit of guidance. Will return. read more

Well stocked location with an impressive selection of cigars like Ashton, Arturo Fuente, Padron, CAO, and Cohiba, including Anniversary series. The staff was extremely helpful and greeted me with big bright smiles. I was even assisted in refilling my Colibri lighter. I purchased two beautiful cigars and butane. They have a variety of cigarette cases, pipe tobacco, ash trays, hooka pipes, and a few humidors. I vote 3.5 stars. Since they don't have that option here, they did earn Four stars for selection and service. It could have been 5 stars had they had a proper smoke room, tv's , cordials, and some food. Yes. This is a nice cigar and tobacco shop outside Burlington. Seemed like a pretty big selection of cigars, although I'm far from an expert so I can't speak to the quality or diversity of their stock. It sure smells great when you walk in, though. Seemed like most of the major brands were represented, plus a couple of more niche or oddball flavored brands like Tatiano and Acid. But again, I'm far from an expert. Aside from cigars, they carry a lot of other smoking-related stuff like hookahs and hookah supplies, cigarette rolling supplies, some e-cig liquids and devices, a small selection of glassware, and I think a range of pipe tobacco as well. It's a really diverse shop, which definitely impressed me. The staff was extremely friendly and quite knowledgeable about their stock, which - again - was impressive considering how many different areas they were covering. read more

Today is Saturday, August 29, 2011, the day Hurricane Irene hit the East Coast. Around 6:30 I realized I was basically trapped in the house. The heavy rain blocked my satellite reception. There was a chance the power could go out. I needed a diversion in the event that I was stuck home alone with nothing to do. Thankfully, good ol' Renzi's was open until 7 when many other businesses had already closed. It was my first time there and I was pleased to find the large selection of herbal blends. I really wish i could give a lower rating to this place. Yes, I just made myself an account so i could express my dissatisfaction. Firstly im going to say DO NOT buy anything from this store. I recently acquired a vaporizer pen from this store that came defective out of the box. The pen was the Pulsar Lux and it only works on the highest setting and burns all the herb. This is a real problem becasue thats just how those pens function. Defective out of the box. what kind of company would knowingly sell something like that and OFFFER NO REFUNDS. yes it was used. how the hell do you think someone will figure out its defective? by not using it? the pen comes with a warranty but why would i want to get a vape pen that doesnt work? i want my $100 that those pieces of sh*t stole from me. read more

My husband and i have been going there for the past 6 months and have had problems with the manager before but this time it was the worst. Recently my uncle came to visit from North Carolina and my husband took my uncle there to get some vapor stuff. My uncle spent a lot of money there and the third time they went there the manager was working and they were there for 40 minutes and the manager said to them "you have been here for 40 minutes and i have a project to do" the store didn't close for another 3 hours, my uncle stated to me afterwards that he should have never spent the money there the previous days he went there. So rude and disrespectful place. Poorly run. Never going there again. I even told my friends about the place before and after this incident i told them about it and they refuse to go back. The manager needs to go to school or training for customer service skills. Not even going to rate it because it is below the star rating. read more
