Their website is not clearly labeled for the version of the racquet shown and is misguiding people. When you click through their menu items to display the racquets by brand, the OLD generation racquets are shown, not clearly labeled as such and nowhere on that list is the new generation shown. They don't feel its misleading, not listening to the customer so they will not provide a full credit for the racquet with stringing. They discount the refund by the cost of the string and $9 for the racquet.

Some of the staff are rude, push by you before saying excuse me. Having conversations on the phone while on the floor. The main thing I noticed was around Christmas there was items coming out to be bought that was not on the floor but rather from the back. Back with the other owner I remember seeing employees hiding merchandise and getting them when they get off their shift, I thought with the new owners things would be different.

I went on a Friday evening unsure of how busy it would be. The store was not busy at all, I was able to go to the Amazon returns counter and not stand in a line. The girl working the returns DID talk on her personal phone the entire time, but I don't think that's a reflection on Kohl's. I immediately found the Samsonite luggage, but there was a security tag on the zipper preventing my inspection. I sought out a Kohl's employee to assist with the Samsonite luggage inspection. The Kohl's employee escorted me to a cashier who removed the security tag. I inspected the Samsonite luggage and found it acceptable to purchase. I then got on the Kohl's checkout line. Please note Kohl's checkout line was long, but it is worth it for the savings. I was honored to have Kohl's employee: Jennifer B. as my cashier. Jennifer B. offered me to sign up for Kohl's credit card to receive additional discounts. I declined Kohl's credit card offer. I received the sixty percent (60%) for the Samsonite luggage purchase. My friend checked out at another register and received an additional Kohl's discount due to a family members' account. Jennifer B. was made aware of the additional discount and escorted me to Kohl's Customer Service. Jennifer B. requested my friends' family member account information and applied it to my recent purchase. I received an additional discount on my Samsonite luggage purchase. I've been beefing up both my work and normal wardrobe on the cheap here, since the clothing selection is not exclusively 1990s shoulder pad blazers and crepe skirts (although there is that, too, if you need a hot purple [and i mean the color 'hot purple'] dress with puffy sleeves for something). As with any thrift store, you have to sift, but if you've got a reasonably good eye and aren't averse to trying things on over your clothes in the dressing area, you'll probably find something you like. You can also find a large selection of used books, videos, small appliances, dish sets, shoes, quilts, cheesy framed holographic unicorn prints, etc. Don't expect Williams-Sonoma up in here, but if you're not picky, the stuff they've got is great. They had a large store with clearly labeled although crowded, aisles of comic, anime, cartoon, manga, clothing, and other items. This store is clearly a comic book lovers dream with a library of new and vintage ones that were for sale. They even had a basement area filled with comic books to purchase in bulk and video games to play. All in all, if you are looking for a specific comic book, manga merch, anime merch, Funko Pops and the like to add to your collection, this store is a must visit.
