I could have broken a tooth on this!". He says, "Oh well." I say, "OH WELL???". He says, "That's what I said." I say, "Well that's not a very good response from a customer service perspective." He says, "I couldn't care less." I say, "Well that's very clear." He ran a credit to my card to refund me.
