I believe that they worker said, "I appreciate you!" Wow! That's very nice of him! Instead of waiting until the entire order is complete, she brings out the plates at different times and has asked another customer to bring back the first half of their order and show her to make sure she doesn't give them extra food. She would benefit from using a simple receipt book so she doesn't have to rely just on memory and she can give the customers a numbered ticket to call when their order is ready. She only takes CASH or VENMO which is fine. But I have seen her take the order and make the food before the customer pays, and then get into conflict when the customer does not have any form of payment. Confirming payment first will save a lot of troubles. She's no longer in a fixed location, and now takes her truck to various spots around the island, mostly on base or Waipio. I recommend following her instagram but she unfortunately doesn't post her location until the day of. She doesn't post her schedule in advance, making it very hard to track her down. I used to come often when she was at the old Sear's parking lot.
