I was never asked to measure my head to determine wig size. I realize now that sizing should be the first step in the process. I paid over $3,000. and when I did received the wig it was much too small, and it wouldn't stay on my head. It would pop off. She was a very rude, fast talker. She insisted that the wig had to be clipped in and sent head bands and clips for me to sew in myself. Wigs are final sale she said and washed her hands of me. I have very little hair to clip to and the wig and it would not stay on my head. It was an extremely busy time as I was moving from toronto to calgary, so had to move on. Of course I was very upset.
