My daughter was on the fence about the bathing suit. Since it was closing time, the manager assured us we could return/exchange the bathing suit if we came back the next day. I went back the next morning because the bathing suit did not fit and was told by the same person that under no circumstances would she take back the suit. She claims she mentioned to my daughter that the bottom could not be returned. Neither of us heard this. She only mentioned this to my daughter who has auditory disabilities?? So upsetting. First she said the bottom can't be returned, and then the whole suit can't be returned?? She just kept changing her story. She lied just to get a sale?? Talking advantage of a person with disabilities?? She wasn't even willing to have a discussion about it. I ended up returning all my items. I was really upset because I liked the clothes but disappointed in the way we were treated :((

She orders from China, and you're going to be left in an impossible situation. I suppose the plan is for her to retire beside a lake of brides' tears, and she couldn't care less - as a matter of fact, it would seem that she might actually find some sick satisfaction in it.
