So while shopping I need to use the restroom...while I'm waiting in line to use the restroom, the owner comes up to me and says I can't use the restroom since its "ladies only." I asked where the the men's room was and he said there wasn't one. Well they sell men's clothing but there's no men's restroom? I told him that we're customers! So after giving me attitude about it he says "you can use it but be careful," like I was going to urinate all over the floor or something. So I'm expecting a marble and gold restroom and all I see is a restroom with peeling vinyl floors and toilet paper on the floors and a Formica sink top. I'm surprised they even had soap. Gross. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Especially for a store whose clothing is subpar at best and has horrible workmanship. Steer clear!

But once you get the lay of the land, figure out where and when things are kept, and realize that even the cool stuff on their walls and displays is for sale, it's hard to walk in here without buying at least one or two things. I like to start in the back, at the 50% off rack, then work my way towards the higher priced items in front. Yes, things are a bit pricier than you average consignment shop here. But you get what you pay for, as most of their items are high quality, recognizable brands, and I rarely find anything flawed or dirty. They also have an impressive selection of accessories, including designer bags and lovely costume jewelry.
