They were extremely patient with my million questions, I couldn't be more pleased and grateful for my experience. I wish I took more pictures, I was just too busy loving my wig! I have purchased 6 toppers from JoHair over the years and I was happy. 3 years ago, I found myself…read morein the difficult position of needing my first wig. I ordered one virtually from Eryn. I was never asked to measure my head to determine wig size. I realize now that sizing should be the first step in the process. I paid over $3,000. and when I did received the wig it was much too small, and it wouldn't stay on my head. It would pop off. I had seen so many videos of Jessica just effortlessly pull a wig on and taking it off. No mention of clipping it in. As soon as I received the package I immediately called Jessica. We FaceTimed. She was a very rude, fast talker. She insisted that the wig had to be clipped in and sent head bands and clips for me to sew in myself. Wigs are final sale she said and washed her hands of me. I have very little hair to clip to and the wig and it would not stay on my head. It was an extremely busy time as I was moving from toronto to calgary, so had to move on. Of course I was very upset. I have never worn this wig once. It's been a sore spot for a long time. A couple of weeks ago I started a conversation with Mellisa to see if there was anything that could be done at this point. She suggested stretching it, me stretching it myself. She was supposed to get back to me but of course, has since ghosted me. I realize I am out alot of money and sit here with an expensive lesson. Buyer Beware- beware buying JoHair wigs online. There is no guarantee that they will fit. And JoHair is not the only game in town. There are now other Canadian wig suppliers that do an excellent job. JoHair has Very poor customer service when things go wrong. Once they have your money, they are done with you. Buyer Beware.

I can't emphasis enough just how wonderful my Pacific Hair experience has been and how much of a…read morepositive influence it has had on my day to day life. My confidence and happiness in general instantly increased noticeably and has only kept growing ever since. I highly recommend checking them out, the results are unbelievable!! The crazy high quality of the hair extensions themselves and the absolute PERFECTION of the colour matching to my own natural hair colour has resulted in continuous compliments and complete disbelief (from total strangers, acquaintances, good friends, even family members!) that it is not my own real hair. I can style it anyway I want, go swimming with no worries whatsoever and to be honest sometimes I forget myself that I have them at all. I've had very fine hair my whole life and even with regular trims and experimenting with dozens of hair products (that promised results but actually never really ended up making much of a visible difference at all), I could never manage to get it to grow much further than just below my shoulders. My ponytail was always soooooo thin and I just got used to constantly dealing with split ends and limited styling options. I didn't think I'd ever be able to have the long, thick, gorgeous hair I now wake up to on a daily basis thanks to the Pacific Hair team, it's truly a dream come true. The staff have been unfailingly kind, expertly skilled and consistently warm and friendly while also being completely professional. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and always offer coffee, tea, water, even snacks yum. They also provide a veritable wealth of information and excellent advice for every question or concern you may have, no matter how big or small. Pacific Hair is far far beyond a typical hair salon experience, the level of expertise and technique is truly top of the line and I have to admit that sometimes I suspect them of being actual bonafide magicians lol. This place is THE BEST!!!

I started experiencing noticeable hair loss when I was 19-years-old and the thinning continued…read moreuntil I had significant thinning by they time I was 23 (I'm 27 now). As a young man dealing with premature balding, this had a divesting effect on my confidence and self esteem. I felt like I couldn't leave the house without wearing a hat and would go to great lengths to avoid being in photographs. I've worked as a stage actor since I was seventeen, and this made me hyper aware of my ever thinning hair. In Film and TV, casting makes their choices based off of looks primarily, and as 27-year-old bald man, I felt my choices for casting were very limited and felt like had a huge impact on my career. I never tried to remedy my hair loss other than wearing hats to hide it or just shaving it all off. I did, however, recently try topical solution, and although I noticed some decrease in thinning, the hair I had lost did not come back. The hairpiece looks and feels fantastic! I barely notice I have it on and it behaves like a whole head of hair. It looks so natural that nobody who has seen my thinning hair before could tell that it is a hairpiece. The hardest thing to deal with so far is just getting used to having hair again. I am very excited to step out into the world with confidence and feel like I am in a co-dependant relationship with a baseball cap! I'm also excited to see how it helps me my career in the entertainment industry. Thank you to the amazing staff at Pacific Hair Loss Solutions for all their help, kindness, and my new look!
