I have been using this clinic for some time and have always liked the drs there. BUT. I'm rating…read morethe clinic, not the doctors. The clinic is extremely disappointing. I have (in the last year alone) experienced the drs being so overbooked that I waited over an hr and was told it would be another hour. And I couldn't leave and come back in an hr because "they were booked at that time" and if I left I would lose my spot. Having no choice but to wait or go to the ER, I waited. I have received calls from drs for appointments that I didn't schedule, and have not received calls for appointments that I not only scheduled, but confirmed (because this happens). They don't answer the phone when I call about missed appointments, but tell you to send an email. I emailed multiple times over days to confirm appointments and never once got a response, and when I did reach a person they didn't know I had emailed. I have called the clinic with complaints about this and have never received a response. I have complained to the drs and they have not responded. Sadly, because there are no family drs in BC, I have to stick with this clinic and cross my fingers. *note - I have posted this under a derivative of my name for privacy reasons. Should someone from the clinic like to contact me about my concerns I will be happy to provide identifying information directly*

Making soap is so easy when someone sells you all the supplies…read more So my friends and I are trying to be more healthly... As we get older, we're starting to get concerned with parabens and dyes and harmful chemicals. Such was not the case in our youth, but when you get to a certain age you start to do things so you can cling to said youth. I've started to spread my crazy and making my own soap seemed like a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. It's a drop in class, so you can show up at any time. You just have to give her a few minutes to set up. Go get a coffee or a gelato. There's lots to do at River Market while waiting. Or go outside and walk the seawall for a bit. We come back and she has set up a workstation in her tiny shop. For $12.50, you get a pound of glycerin and access to all her molds, essential oils, mineral powders and dried flowers. It's a lot of fun deciding the different combinations. I left some of mine plain because again, don't want to muck it up with scents and colours I don't need. Don't worry though, the colours are minerals and not like the dyes you buy to dye your Easter eggs... I made some plain and vanilla flower soaps and a huge brick with lavender oil and lavender buds. A little essential oil goes a long way: when she says three drops, listen to her. My friend made one with a lot of gold dust that smells like citrus. I'm not sure because she hasn't used it yet, but I'm guessing it's going to paint her skin gold too. Like I said, listen to instructions. My friend put way too much gold powder in and it coated my hands when I was trying to unmold it for her. Our other friend made a whole lot of small ones to use when she travels. There are so many things to add and different shapes... super fun! And plus, you don't have to buy all the supplies... just use a little here and there. In theory, it would be nice to make my own at home, but at the same time that's a huge investment to buy all the different molds, oils and flowers. You do have to wait for your soap to harden though. Since we came late in the day, she put ours in the fridge to speed up the process. So much fun and really easy to do... just melt, use all her supplies and mold. If you're too lazy to make your own soap, she also sells soap she makes. She also has shampoos, lotions and castile soap. Most of them had way less chemicals that what you find at your regular store if you're interested in stuff like that.

I am SO happy I went to Dr Pugash for my breast augmentation. He is very knowledgeable,…read moreprofessional, and concise. He gets straight to the point and is truly an expert. I couldn't be happier with my results, he gave me exactly what I wanted (better than I could have ever imagined). I trusted him throughout the entire process and my breasts look extremely natural and are the perfect size and shape for my body. His staff is also very kind, caring, supportive, and professional. I was extremely nervous as this was my first surgery, but I felt extremely supported and I trusted Dr Pugash and his team from the start. Although I had inquired about consultations with other top doctors in Vancouver, I knew right away that Dr Pugash was the right choice because his professionalism and surgery skills were so apparent. The entire process was extremely easy, stress free, and discrete, from the consultation to the surgery date, to all the follow-up appointments. I honestly couldn't be happier. 100% worth the waitlist and the money. Truly life changing and a positive experience.
