I loved that we were able to utilize our turo since we were already paying for that daily. The pricing is outstanding and the experience is even better! Mike Z was not only our driver, but also our tour guide and friend throughout our two days in wine country. We already had a booked itinerary, but he had great recommendations and even books your itinerary if needed. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and had an answer to every question I threw at him. He went above and beyond! We will absolutely use this company again and request Mike Z next time we are back in wine country!

Chris Pittman confirmed that Linda would be our driver and said she was looking forward to it. At our confirmed pickup time, Linda didn't arrive, and we hadn't heard from her. I contacted Chris, called the company twice and left two voicemails, but received no response. After 20 minutes, with our tasting reservation at risk, we started driving ourselves. Linda called only after we had left. She said she had been at the front of the hotel and had tried to call us, but we had received no earlier call, and members of our group had been watching for her around the property. I emailed Chris again to explain that our driver was 30 minutes late and that we would be late to our tasting. Linda did call the winery, which I appreciated, but I never received a response from Chris about what happened. As a repeat customer who visits Napa frequently, I expected much better communication and customer service. I won't use this service again or recommend it.

Gabby knows so much history about Napa and Sonoma and was very willing to share all of her knowledge with us. She also had a great lunch suggestion which we really enjoyed. She drove our rental car. Napa Driver Tours has all the insurance and certifications needed to do this safely and legally. This includes commercial auto insurance and also a TCP# (Transportation Charter Party issued by the CA PUC). Many other drivers said that they don't need these. They are wrong. Accidents can happen and we wanted to protect ourselves by using a reputable company that doesn't take shortcuts. We are still raving about our trip and about Gabby. She really helped make our day special and memorable, and we strongly recommend her for wine tours!

We stumbled across Rod's company doing a Google search and the detailed information he provided about driving a rental car caught our eye. Our party of 6 visited 4 wineries (not recommended) in one day and Rod was our driver. I secured all the reservations, but asked for his input regarding timing. The day of our tasting, he was awesome -- excellent driver, friendly, knowledgeable... Bottom line, you won't regret hiring Rod!

Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver absolutely exceeded my expectations, and I wished I had hired them for my wedding! The booking process was seamless and transparent. We booked an SUV for the day, and the car was in pristine condition and perfect for our group of 6. Our driver, Tony, was very professional and went above and beyond to make our day comfortable and easy. He was punctual, responsive, and safe as he took us to our many destinations for the day. All of this amazing service came at a very reasonable and competitive price. I 1000% recommend hiring Napa Sonoma Wine Tasting Driver for any of your limo/driving needs! Everything ran on time even with multiple stops throughout the day, which was our biggest worry with that many people to coordinate. We shopped around quite a bit for shuttle services and they had the best rates for our group size. But what really impressed us was how flexible they were when we needed to make some last-minute changes to timing and pickup spots. They could have been difficult about billing adjustments but really went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It's clear they actually care about taking care of their customers, not just getting through the job. Made one less thing for us to stress about on an already busy day. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone needing reliable transportation in the area

Now we know how to do it the right way, small family owned wineries with tours by the wine makers themselves. We entrusted our itinerary to Larry and he planned our fabulous four stops with a delicious deli lunch. He even looked after our best interests by supplying plenty of water between stops. Our favorite stop was at Terraces where we were driven through the vineyard in the "mule", a beefy golf cart, and treated to a balsamic vinegar tasting that was unforgettable. The wine was excellent and at the end of it all we had to ship a case home (this is a very reasonable option at $30 from our hotel so don't be afraid to collect a few!) Without his connections and friendly relationships with the wineries we would not have had such a personal and up close experience. Larry was very knowledgeable and friendly and his Escalade was clean and comfortable. Thank you Larry for such a memorable trip.
