We were very happy with the accommodations, our driver and the convenience of traveling together without any hassle. When the owner responded to my quote request, he was exceptionally supportive, sensitive and helpful after realizing that this was for a Memorial Service and that my husband is a Fallen Firefighter Captain. Thank you for making our day a little easier and being so generous & helpful with one of the big tasks on my list! I love a company with a heart and excellent customer service. Everything was seamless, Driver was right on time and the reservation process was quick and smooth. Thank you so much!!

I had one very positive experience with Code 3 transportation; however, our most recent experience,…read morelast week I think certainly warrants a review, especially as school representatives are considering using this company for field trips or school events. We used them to take a group of students to San Francisco last week. First, the driver was late for the initial pick-up. She could not find the location even after being sent a pin, a picture, and verbal directions over the phone. The pick-up location is very easily accessible off a main road. Later at the designated departure time, after the group had been dropped off and done their activity, there was no driver present to collect the students and teachers. I could not connect with anyone from the company- I called dispatch, reservations, sent emails, and finally after multiple calls connected with someone through our driver who apparently was no longer driving. it turned out we had been outsourced to a different company (not C3) and I was told that this company (King's Tours) was not given information about when to pick us up. It was incredibly concerning to not be able to connect with anyone for over 40 minutes to determine who could help me or give me the information I needed; meanwhile, we had a group of students and teachers who were stranded in the city without a ride home. When we did finally connect with someone who could help us, it wasn't even a representative from Code 3, it was an employee from a third company, Quality Assurance Travel! This is the company that ultimately ended up picking up and returning our students safely to campus. I did have a follow-up conversation with Code 3 and was given a 50 percent refund; however, there did not seem to be a clear understanding that not only was this a customer service issue, our students were picked up late and missed an important event at school, but this was also a safety issue. I could not get in touch with anyone from the company for over 40 minutes and students and teachers were left for an hour waiting. I would hope that in the future, a better form of communication can be established and there is greater transparency with transportation. On the phone, I was told Code 3 has its own fleet; however, our group was taken on by two different companies and it still not clear why that happened, especially after booking with Code 3. I don't know that we will utilize their services in the future. While I appreciated the refund and did have a positive experience the week prior, after our trip last weekI still have some questions left unanswered about their commitment to safety and integrity of service.

Honestly almost all car service companies has horrible ratings online, but when I found Limo SF VIP and it had mostly positive reviews on Yelp and Google, we decided to reach out. I submitted the form on their website with all the details about when and where we needed to be picked up, what Mercedes we wanted, etc. and literally within a few hours one of their employees emailed me back with a quote. And they continued to be super responsive. I had a few follow-up questions and they always wrote me back in less than 24 hours and most of the time within an hour. The quote was reasonable and we decided to reserve a car with their company. The day before pick-up we were notified of who our driver would be/their contact info and on the day of the wedding we received emails with status updates letting us know they were on their way, arriving, etc. Our driver was so professional and on-time for our scheduled pick-up times. We were so happy with LIMO SF VIP's service and will use them again in the future!

It was a hot day, and about 13 ladies on one bus. We started off by asking the driver to pull over to help assist us with the AC because it was not working the way it was supposed to be. He basically ignored us for a while until we were all demanding him to pull over. We were melting!! Meanwhile, the AC in the front part of the bus for the driver was just as cool and comfortable. Finally he pulled over, while my friend had the company on the phone letting them know what was going on, they had to communicate to the driver through our phone, before calling him directly. They said the bus apparently had been serviced the day before, but nobody with this company thought it would be a good idea to check the AC before allowing it to be rented out. Some adjustments were made to the AC and we were back on the road (it was still not working the way it was supposed to. We had to HOLD OPEN two different emergency windows during our ride with our hands, arms, and other items so we did not pass out from overheating. (see pic). It was over 80 degrees inside! Once we managed to arrive to our destination, the bus parked and told us that is where he would be until we were ready. We had lunch, and when we just finished paying the bill getting ready to leave, the driver TEXTED us to let us know he just left to get a different bus for the ride back. Not sure why he thought it was a good idea to sit parked the entire time we ate our lunch, and then decide to go swap buses when we were ready to leave. So then we waited for him to return.... After that, the rest of the time was great...thanks to us knowing how to turn up!! Not because of the company unfortunately. This company did not handle this the correct way, and has denied any type of compensation for the trouble we had with the AC majority of our trip. 1.How do you rent out a bus to customers not making sure the bus is up to par? 2.Why would you leave us to get another bus at the end of our lunch? 3. Why do you think it is okay to not compensate us for what happened? Even with them telling us about the bus being serviced the day before, NOTHING!!! I personally would not want to use this company for any future rentals since this is how they treat their paying customers. We were not unruly, rude, nor did we cause any hardship to the driver during this, so to be treated like this was completely unacceptable.
