They sold me a history GPS ( tracks last 5 days of activity of car) and then told me it was a "two hour delay" GPS. Once again no clue about their products. There was also a "live" GPS but they also failed to disclose that this requires a monthly subscription to a separate company in order to access the satellite for the live feed. I bought the "2 hour delay" GPS under the impression it WAS a two hour delay GPS. And it wasn't until I went on the website for more answers that I figured out its a history GPS. While I was in the store they actually wanted to sell me an opened one that was all faded from the sun. For $199.00 I had to tell the rep to give me the unopened one, and then he acted like he didn't see the newer unopened version.

He asked me if I was looking for a cheap junk job or if I was looking to get it done right at a decent price. I told him I was looking to get it done right. He went on to explain to me that the bars with the extension for the AC is $465 per window and the straight ones are $275 per window. I told him well that is a little pricy for me because I just bought this house and am not sure I can afford this right now, but before I could even finish what I was saying he started to berate me. He went on to say "So right now all you're doing is shopping around for a junk job and if that's the case then you need to call a cheap Chinese company.....etc". Before he could finish I shook my head in disbelief and hang up. I thought to myself is this guy for real? Well I went on to read their reviews on yelp to find out that the one person that gave them a negative review was pretty much treated the same way. Someone form the company responded to her review and called her troll amongst other things. Unbelievable that a company can be so unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere.
