I would not recommend this weight loss center to even my worst enemy. It is very obvious that they…read moredon't care about their patients and only care about how much money they can get out of people. They are rude, after a long wait in the waiting room they rush through your care, they won't take the time to answer questions or help you with healthy nutrition. They are in no way interested in helping you to make healthy life changes to support your weight loss, they just rush patients in and out as fast as they can so they can make money. This clinic will also rip you off. They charged my credit card twice for the same appointment. when I called my credit card company, they credited me back one of the charges and this clinic kept calling me, demanding that I I pay them for this appointment and threatened to send me to collections even though they had been paid twice. AMEX had to get involved and straighten them out. I don't trust them and honestly believe they do this to many other patients in order to make more money. I think they are swindling people out of money. Do not use this clinic if you want healthy weight loss and a good experience. SG

I am just over halfway through my six-month journey with Gail at Align Health Coaching. It has been…read moretransformative already. Unlike other health and nutrition accounts I have followed/things I have tried, Gail truly gets into the science and "why" behind nutrition and health. She has helped me think about how food makes me feel and how my hormones and inner balance are affected by my choices. Mostly, my goals have expanded beyond weight loss into a more lifelong focus on wellbeing. The work is not only focused on nutrition, however. Gail gets into the bigger picture of longevity, mindfulness, and happiness through support in my exercise and mental health. She has taught me about meditation which I already see as a pivotal tool for my wellbeing. When I feel I am at a plateau, Gail gives advice to keep going. Finally, Gail is a wonderful person who makes me WANT to make better choices for myself. She is encouraging and joyful and does a good job of giving "tough love" when needed. She is so knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to work with Gail for a great investment in themselves.

After struggling with bulimia for seven years, I had reached my breaking point and didn't know how…read moreto get help. After years of trying to stop the disorder on my own, I lost hope that I would ever change and decided to accept the fact that I'd never get better. Finally my mom stumbled upon Betsy Thurston's website one day and my life changed for the better from then on. Betsy is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring individual who worked one-on-one with me for several months to change a lifelong battle with dysfunctional eating. She worked with me to find the source of my issues and gave me small, attainable goals on a weekly basis. She understood when I "slipped up" and didn't fully achieve my goals and encouraged me to pick up right where I left off. I never felt ashamed or embarrassed to be honest with her about everything. After just four months of weekly sessions, I had completely stopped bingeing and purging, and I had a brand new, healthy outlook on food. She helped me tackle and confront the source of my disorder. It has been 2 1/2 years and I am still *successfully* managing my disorder using the lifelong tools that Betsy gave me during our sessions. The best choice I ever made was to pick up the phone and schedule my consultation with Betsy! She is the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I first found Betsy through her Podcasts and even though I have never struggled with a serious…read moreeating disorder, I have always had ups and downs with my weight and dieted on and off. I contacted her and we had several meetings via Skype. She has a very unique approach to helping people with nutrition and body image. It was so refreshing to have a non-judgmental, objective person to guide me through to my goal. She helped me identify behaviors that lead me to overeating and we discussed ways I could change them. She noted that I'm a "tandem eater" who can eat mindlessly around others when they're eating, even if I'm not hungry, and now I try to remember that when I'm out with friends or with coworkers at lunch. She also provided me with numerous other tools, reading materials, and book recommendations that were quite helpful. I think that anyone who has ever tried to diet before probably has some aspect of "emotional eating" (which sometimes is due to GOOD emotions!) and Betsy is a very unique-and effective-clinician for this. I would recommend her to anyone who has ever wanted to lose weight but just can't do it on their own, especially after a few tries.

After 4 weeks I lost 15 pounds and feel great. I'd definitely recommend any of the trainers at the gym to anyone looking to really improve their health and fitness. Update: I've now lost 23 lbs total in the two months I've been working with Adam. I'm extremely impressed by his commitment to helping me hit my goals and the willingness of the entire team to provide thoughtful advice on issues that come up (e.g. nutrition and training questions) as I make progress. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Final Update: I ended up losing about 30 lbs in my first 3 months at the gym (I'm still training there). It's been a great experience and I'd recommend it as the best place to go if you are very serious about getting in better shape (specifically to improve body composition).

I met with Jennifer today and can't say enough about her!…read more She listened and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the science of nutrition and how it affects our bodies. As I answered her questions, she almost immediately was able to pinpoint my eating patterns and what was missing from my diet, including what food groups, timing of meals, calories in vs. calories out, etc. When I would answer her questions, Jennifer would explain a pattern or reasoning for something, and I always found my head nodding because she hit the nail on the head. I could go on and on, but I will just say that if you are looking for help with your diet or way of eating, contact Jennifer and you will be glad you did!

Jennifer Hnat called me back in no time and worked with me to determine insurance coverage, as well as, prepared me for my upcoming appointment to ensure it was beneficial. I booked my first appointment May 2nd & this has been the best thing I could've done for myself to get ahead of my inability to control my eating. She educated me on foods to consider and really made me become more mindful about what I put in my body and when in order to obtain the lifestyle change I really wanted. She worked with my appointments to accommodate both myself and toddler since I'm a work from home Mom & that really means a lot to me. Here it is 1 & 1/2 month later and I'm happy to say I'm no longer binge eating. I have a better relationship with food without becoming a slave to a diet sort of lifestyle. I have more confidence in the choices I make and when it's best for me to eat. I still enjoy foods I did before just in moderation. And as if all of this wasn't enough, I've slimmed down so much that I'm now wearing a belt with clothing that once made me feel depressed to just put on. If you're looking for an amazing Nutritionist that will take time to get to know and understand your needs, be accommodating, & professional Jennifer Hnat is definitely the best place for you. My husband and daughters are very proud of the work I've done and for once in a very long time so am I. I look forward to the continued journey with Jennifer Hnat on this new lifestyle change.
