I was looking for someone to help me with the overwhelm I was feeling after having twins 2 years earlier. I felt lost in my new identity as a mom and where taking care of me could fit in. I contacted Gail and have thrived in her emotional holding and nutritional guidance and feel so much better - physically and mentally. I thought I needed a new mattress because I was waking up sore - turned out I had some food sensitivities I wasn't even aware of. Gail helped me identify them and has this 40 yo feelin' 30! This is the time, you are worth it - get with Gail! read more

I am just over halfway through my six-month journey with Gail at Align Health Coaching. It has been transformative already. Unlike other health and nutrition accounts I have followed/things I have tried, Gail truly gets into the science and "why" behind nutrition and health. She has helped me think about how food makes me feel and how my hormones and inner balance are affected by my choices. Mostly, my goals have expanded beyond weight loss into a more lifelong focus on wellbeing. The work is not only focused on nutrition, however. Gail gets into the bigger picture of longevity, mindfulness, and happiness through support in my exercise and mental health. She has taught me about meditation which I already see as a pivotal tool for my wellbeing. When I feel I am at a plateau, Gail gives advice to keep going. Finally, Gail is a wonderful person who makes me WANT to make better choices for myself. She is encouraging and joyful and does a good job of giving "tough love" when needed. She is so knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to work with Gail for a great investment in themselves. read more

Gail changes lives for the better. I hired Gail to re-focus on my personal health and wellness, and the experience was so much more than I expected. Her practical and sustainable coaching on diet, supplements, exercise, stress management, and meditation (to name a few) have made me a happier healthier person and I am so thankful to have been in her care! read more

Gail's presence has been nothing short of transformative in my life. When I began working with Align Health Coaching, I considered myself a relatively healthy person. By that I mean, I wasn't in physical pain or distress every day. After just a few sessions with Gail though, I realized how many unhealthy choices I was making every day. Her focus on mindfulness altered the way I approach my health. Rather than thinking of food as something I can do while zoning out, or thinking of exercise as merely a means to an end, Gail has helped me find a more meaningful approach to all of my life's choices. First and foremost, Gail was the only person who's actually helped me quit smoking after years of being on-and-off with this gross habit. That alone would have been worth it, but she's helped me with so much more. Gail has radically changed my eating habits, not only encouraging me to cook my own food more often but to find true joy in the grocery shopping and food prep processes. I've eaten foods I'd never tried before, and eliminated foods I didn't realize were ailing me. (It turns out you can make it to your late 20s without ever realizing you have a dairy sensitivity! I thought everyone's stomach just hurt all the time!) It goes beyond food and fitness though. With Gail, I've learned meditation skills that have helped me excel in my personal and professional life. She's bettered my sleep habits, my communication habits, and most importantly, my mental health. She's a real force of healing! Since I began doing sessions with Gail over 6 months ago, nearly all my friends have remarked on the change I've undergone. They can sense I'm not only taking better care of myself, but I've found a more sustainable and healthful approach to life itself. For that, I'm forever thankful for Gail and would recommend Align Health Coaching to anyone. read more

When I turned 40, I started to feel sluggish. I looked for help and came across Gail with Align, who was highly recommended. She was always so pleasant and positive (and never judgmental) and easy to schedule with during my 6-month plan. She analyzed my blood work with my current symptoms and then curated a custom health plan including supplements. I now feel great, and have energy - with a bonus of losing weight! read more

It's so hard to condense what my six-month program with Align and Gail has done for me. The most notable changes I've seen are significantly lower stress levels and my management of surprise stress is healthy, satisfying sleep, mental sharpness, and yes I'm going to go there - normal and regular BMs. And yes, I've lost weight too. With Gail's coaching I've found a new way to live and approach life. All the changes I've made have been very gradual and most of the time I don't feel like I've done that much work to get to my results. But looking back, I see it's Gail's approach that has made this change so easy for me. She's definitely given me the tools that will help carry me through life in a happier, healthier, more peaceful way. I've received more than I anticipated when I first reached out to her and I'm very grateful to have had this life changing experience. read more

Gail's program is unparalleled because she looks at you holistically, from identifying nutrition goals to setting healthy lifestyle habits to working through struggles with body image and confidence. We were only able to have two in-person meetings before COVID, but I am SO grateful to have had her virtual presence and guidance during this time. Most importantly, I am leaving her program feeling empowered because I know what's in my food and household products and how they impact my physical and mental health, and I have the power to choose what I consume. read more

Where do I begin? Gail is just different. I was at a low point and had these really bad stomach aches. We worked together and dug into everything I was eating to figure out the cause. Then we went deeper and discussed food in depth. Read the labels together, what the ingredients actually are and what to stay away from. She went through my pantry and I hated her. We discussed foods I enjoyed and She gave me recipes to try at home. She helped change my way of thinking. I'm not perfect, but she accepted my imperfections and we worked together. She helped me work on a " better me". She changed my life for the better and no more stomach pains or indigestion. I make mistakes, but we correct them and move forward. I hope you give her a try. She's trustworthy, patient and I love her. It's not easy but doable. She changed my life for the better and I am thankful. read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gail and Align. After 6 months of following Gail's recommendations on diet, supplements, sleep exercise, medication and so much more, I am healed! I was unable to eat dairy or gluten or nightshades without serious health repercussions. However, I am now eating small amounts of all of these and loving my return to enjoying pizza again! My face has cleared up, I no longer take sleep aids, and my stress level is next to non-existent and manageable when "life happens." I recommend Gail to ANYONE. I'm two months into my journey with Gail, and I am so incredibly thankful I stumbled across her. Since seeing her, I'm sleeping better than ever, have way more energy, but most importantly feel in control of my own life. I didn't even know a health coach could do that. Gail is the most talented health coach you will ever find. She is incredibly smart and knows her stuff far beyond anyone I have even been to for the same services. Gail identified issues that we were able to redirect with simple changes and modifications. My particular issues were anxiety and depression brought on by hormones changes and within a day of doing what she told me to do there was a shift. It was the closest thing to a miracle I have experienced. She knows supplements on the deepest level. She NEVER tires to self you anything which is refreshing because so many in her field have their own supplement lines and push it on you. She doesn't. She sends you direct links. I honestly don't know how she holds so much quality information in her head. It's remarkable. On top of all that she is the kindest and gentlest human who radiates the warmest energy. She is my go to for everything health wise. read more

I've had the distinct pleasure and good fortune of working with Gail (Align Health Coaching) over the last 6 months. I was originally introduced to Gail after a health diagnosis that required me to dramatically alter my diet. A doctor had prescribed a Keto diet, but after months on that I knew there had to be a better way. This led me to a referral to Gail who, with great care, took the time to look at my whole health picture. Rather than just a focus on my dietary needs, she helped me explore how seemingly unrelated health issues were all linked. Not only did Gail approach my challenges holistically, she challenged me to think beyond my immediate goal and focus on overall well-being. With her help and support, I've successfully managed my diagnosis, taken steps to find more balance, and explored additional goals. I love that Gail has so many tools and skills available to her and is always dedicated to meeting each client where they are with the flexibility to adjust on the fly and address individual needs in the moment. read more

I'm not sure where to begin. My life was not going in the direction I wanted and I knew it could, I just didn't really know how to get it there. My husband and I grew up well, knowing that veggies are good for you, and that being frustrated is not ok, but we just couldn't really seem to really keep this focus by ourselves so I started to look for a life coach and nutritionist. Thank you to Google and Yelp for a local search we found Gail. I read her reviews and knew right away we had to give her a call! She called me back the very next day and just by her voice alone I wanted to cry. It may sound silly, but I could literally feel her energy through the phone and knew we had found our person. After a few questions we had our first introductory visit scheduled. From the moment we met that great energy just blew up! Her smile is contagious and I immediately felt comfortable. I opened up and told her everything! I felt so comfortable around her I wanted to stay all day! Covid hit right in the middle of our first 6 months, but we were still able to have them virtually. She never forgets to send us the link and is always on time! We have done 6 months with her already and can't wait to start the next 6. Within these few months she has changed our lives for the better. I have never felt more amazing. I'm not always the best at listening to her (I love cheese ok! lol) but when I do, dang it she's always right! I'm learning to be a calmer person, make better decisions on what I put into my body, and most importantly love myself which I have never done. SHE did that. Her services are definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I honestly do not think I would be where I am at today if it wasn't for her. I thank her, my husband thanks her, and my future children will have a better life because of her. We all will! read more

Gail = incredible. From the very first phone call, through our first month together, it's been a wild, eye-opening, life-changing ride! She's not only helped reshape my eating habits, she's more importantly reframed the way I discuss those changes with family and friends. I've worked with many other types of nutrition/food coaches in the past (specifically related to working out), and Gail's one-on-one, in-person perspective, insight, advice, and challenges have made the biggest impact on my life, nutrition, and overall well-being. She looks at the person from a holistic viewpoint, and no detail escapes her attention. When I tell friends that I'm working with a health coach, the usual response is something along the lines of, "That's cool! Wait....what exactly is a health coach?" The way that I describe Gail is equal parts nutritional scientist, detective, behavioral psychologist, cheerleader, accountability buddy, and friend! She has the knowledge, passion, and patience to really dig into your nutrition and physical health and pull out key insights, to try and connect the dots between what you're doing and how you're feeling.
