Then earlier this year, I took my daughter in after she fell off a merry-go-round and hurt her hip. For reference, she is 12 and pretty skittish around any kind of examinations, but he made her feel super comfortable and at ease, always telling her what he was about to do and asking if that's ok. After he assessed her, he said he didn't think x-rays were necessary, but gave me that option if I wanted them anyway. You know he just isn't trying to charge you for the sake of driving up a bill. I agreed I didn't think it was needed, and we continued with the service. My daughter even commented how she was such at ease and that's been her favorite doctor ever. I have been to many chiropractors through the years and as long as he's working, he will be our go-to!

Dr Mitchell was recommended to me by my primary care physician (also a patient of Dr Mitchell) and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Dr Mitchell to anyone needing chiropractic care or anyone new to the care of a Chiropractor. I think if you give Dr Mitchell and his staff a try, you will not be disappointed.

I was so excited to see an optical center in downtown Cartersville. Because I support local…read morebusinesses I decided to get my glasses there and on February 3, 2015 I ordered my glasses and I was told they would arrive in 5-7 days. I paid for the part not covered by insurance, about $250. The insured part was paid by February 10. They did not arrive in 7 days, or 10, or 20..... Or 30.... I called every other day and got a new excuse each time I called as to why the glasses had not been delivered. I emailed Dr. Holloway and he never responded, although after the email the office began calling me with updates. I called and asked for the name of the Lab that was, according to Suresight, the problem and was told they could not give that information out. I asked if I could get any kind of discount since it was taking so long- they said 10% on my NEXT pair of glasses and that was never going to happen. On March 9, which was 34 days after I ordered my glasses - and still didn't have them- I called my insurance company and asked that the payment be removed so I could purchase my glasses elsewhere. I called Suresight and told them that I would be in to pick up my refund. When I got there they had a check in an envelope ready to go...no apologies- nothing. I went to Pearle Vision Center in Cartersville on Tuesday March 10, 2015 and my glasses arrived March 13th...3 days later. I will recommend Pearle Vision but NEVER encourage or recommend any Suresight Eyecare location or Dr. Holloway and that is unfortunate because of our communities commitment to shopping and using services that are locally owned.
