I go there for acupuncture trying to do something about my severe diabetic neuropathy and the acupuncturist is absolutely top notch. The receptionist is also great. I'm writing about the facility itself. The building is absolutely not disabled friendly. There is handicapped parking at the front door and a wheelchair ramp leading up to the door. The door itself is a flimsy ancient aluminum type that opens to the outside. How is a person in a wheelchair supposed to open the door on a tiny porch which is barely big enough for a healthy person to stand? Then the wheelchair has to make over a threshold about 2" high. I walk with a cane and I can barely step over the threshold while trying to keep flimsy door open. The building needs an automatic door and a roll over threshold. The acupuncture clinic is on the 2nd floor. I have a very hard time walking and the stairs to the 2nd starts and ends by winding steps. The building needs an automatic chair lift as seen on TV to get disabled people like me up there with less pain. The restroom upstairs doesn't have any handicapped bars installed and the ancient toilet is tiny and very low to the floor making it very difficult for me and others with disabilities to get up. They need to install a modern, chair height toilet and handicapped bars upstairs. The building anchor business is a chiropractic clinic and it is on the 1st floor. The businesses on the 2nd floor rent space in the building. Again, I nothing to say about the people there. I'd have plenty to say to the landlord of the building.
