Immediately, I felt like I could trust every word she said about the property. She was helpful, honest, and encouraging. Although we did not have any appointment, she showed us around the property and to an apartment we may have been interested in. I would say having a leasing agent who is so personable and friendly made this process feel so smooth. I liked the nature around the property, how quiet it was, and how friendly everyone seemed. Some of the apartments are renovated and they seem very spacious for the price they are. I definitely would be interested in an apartment here.

For a 2-bed, 2-bath unit, we only get one parking spot, and guest parking has become very difficult. Other apartments often include two spots for similar units. Here, an extra spot costs $75/month, which feels high--almost like paying a second car insurance. A more reasonable rate might be $30-$50/month. It would be helpful to know if there are added benefits for the $75 fee. I hope management will consider revisiting the parking policy. Thank you.

I was concerned because it was affordable (and not to many places are these days) that I would be subjecting my kids to a community not fit for kids. But not only does it feel like home but the manger Roberta came and checked on me and my kids to make sure we settled in well. I feel comfortable here and plan to stay as long as they have me. The community feels safe and the management feels like family. Don't listen to bitter tenants. Seems like there's more to the story- hope this was helpful !!!

We always had to call plumbing to fix it and they would try, but it was never actually fixed. When it would overflow, it smelled so bad and we had a baby. The neighborhood didn't feel safe at night. 3 different times police came to search for suspects, etc. Teenagers would also hang at the parking lot and be very loud. There was also mold on the ceilings. Maybe we just had a bad unit.

Had a random vendor in my unit no idea what he did bc no plan for repair was ever provided . Woke up today to a nice puddle still actively leaking from my kitchen light. They did patch up the water bubbles. Good job Camden , you provided a band aid fix . AGAIN . No idea when they will provide a solution. Don't move here trust these reviews. The day of move in we were given the keys and like at a hotel shown on a map where the apartment was and sent out the door. They gave us a walk thru sheet and said if we had any issues mark them down and return the sheet but if we don't return it then they would assume everything was ok. The apartment is great but Leasing Staff is HORRIBLY UNFRIENDLY and UNHELPFUL Entire staff seemed to be miserable and never smiled in the 3 month of contact prior to move in.
