*Note I am not a tenant* I was a walk-in today to view a Pebbles Creek apartment. I was greeted by Faith in the leasing office, and she was truly amazing. Immediately, I felt like I could trust every word she said about the property. She was helpful, honest, and encouraging. Although we did not have any appointment, she showed us around the property and to an apartment we may have been interested in. I would say having a leasing agent who is so personable and friendly made this process feel so smooth. I liked the nature around the property, how quiet it was, and how friendly everyone seemed. Some of the apartments are renovated and they seem very spacious for the price they are. I definitely would be interested in an apartment here. read more

If you are considering this apartment complex, this honest review is for you. I do not recommend this place. Here are some of the reasons. 1. Vandalism to cars. 2. Rent goes up every single year. 3. Entrance or exit from/to High street and Grimmer Blvd is congested and can be dangerous due to blind spots. 4. You are forced/required to use Comcast internet if you want to lease with them. This requirement is new to me. I am an ATT internet customer. Due to speed and reliability, I do not want to give up ATT fiber internet. So, when I ask them not to force me to use Comcast through the apartment, they simply say I must accept the lease terms which require me to use Comcast internet just to stay at the apartment. They somehow forget that I am the paying customer for them. I do not like the way they treat me. Obviously, they made a deal with Comcast and they make more profits by having all residents use Comcast Internet. They are not ISP. Also, I am leasing a place to live, not internet. Not only do they force us to use Comcast, but also we have only one internet plan to use. This whole internet fiasco is the final straw for me. If you are looking this apartment complex, you have been informed. I recommended not giving your money to them. I recommend looking somewhere else. We lived at Pebble Creek Apartments for five years. The staff were simply the best, especially Faith. The grounds were kept up and we never had an issue with maintenence. The apartment was remodeled before we arrived and was done well. They allow pets and have doggy bag stations around the complex. The community was nice as well, we knew our neighbors. We had a three bedroom apartment with a garage. The rooms were nice sizes and having our own driveway was really nice. We only moved because we went from apartment to house. We highly recommend Pebble Creek Apartments. read more

I'm quite sad writing this review. We have lived here since my first son was born. We spent hours crossing the wooden bridge back and forth on his small little flyer bike, because he liked the sound of the wood creaking as he rode his small bike. He spent countless hours just listening to the water stream, surrounded by redwood forest trees. It was magical. Raising kids is perfect for this place, the Witherspoon terrace, Rutledge common streets are quiet, lots of dog walkers, it's a gated community atmosphere without the physical gates. Every afternoon we hear the sound of the ice cream truck making its rounds. It's a 10 minute walk and 5 minute bike ride to lake elizabeth. Durham elementary is a 10 minute walk. And finally, it wouldn't have its glowing reviews if it wasn't for Faith, her management and maintenance team. Not once in our rental period did we EVER have ANY problems. Every tenant has their unique issues and needs, and I'm amazed she can accommodate most every single one. One of our friends rented here for a period of time because they attended my sons party at the clubhouse. Our kids have had their christening, birthday parties here at the pool clubhouse. It's so well done and decorated that we had our friends rent it out for their baby showers, birthdays and celebrations! Every summer, Faith organizes a garage sale, she reserves tables for the tenants and she provides a bbq grill buffet with hotdogs, tacos, shaved ice ice cream. As I said, I am VERY SAD, writing this, we were so fortunate that we chose Pebble Creek when my wife was pregnant and she saw an ad on Craigslist. We had been apartment hunting for quite a while and most of the other properties management were just looking to fill their occupancy quotas. They didn't care about tenants. As you peruse Pebble Creek, ask to cross the wooden bridge surrounded by redwood trees. It's magical. read more

I lived at Pebble Creek for about 3 years and loved it. My apartment was newly renovated and super cute and cozy. I loved it. My daughter did too! The real reason that I chose Pebble Creek was because of Faith. She is so engaging and on top of things, I never had to worry if anything went wrong because I knew that I could count on Faith. I had great neighbors the entire time, and again, that is attributed to Faith and the type of people that they let rent there. read more

From the moment we arrived to tour Faith has been the absolute best. She treated us like as if we'd been loyal members of the community for years already. I cannot express enough how amazing, down to earth, & knowledgeable she is. By the time the tour was over we knew we wanted to live here based on that experience alone & how friendly all the passing by neighbors were on top of seeing amazing units. Faith really cares about this community and puts a lot of work into her craft. The next day we called in hoping to see a bigger unit we noticed available at the last minute & that's when we met Melina. She squeezed us in to tour within 20 minutes of us calling! Melina is also so amazing and genuine. She took her time and made great recommendations. It was a no brainer we needed to live here based on the culture of the office staff alone. It's so refreshing to see people who genuinely care about your living experience. Thank you both again!!!! After 14 months of gracious living at Pebble Creek Apartments I am sorry to say that I had to leave my fabulous apartment due to my children's wishes. Pebble Creek are managed by two marvelous and very competent people, Faith Rogers and Maria Elzindo who are customers' service oriented which is now obsolete now days. Both of them have always acknowledged and corrected any negatives that occurred expeditiously during my stay; they made my life relaxed and happy. read more

Not sure why they're getting 3-4 star reviews. Management is lax and will never fix anything. Cabinets are contact paper covered press board. If you live off Witherspoon Terrace NOTHING will ever be fixed (every other building has a new roof and new windows). Note: if you want to save your delicate shirts put packing tape under the counter top so as not to snag. There is a clubhouse and heated pool not kept up. Screaming tonight at 9:45:pm and I went to make sure everything ok. Uhhhh 9:45pm it's late. Greeted with a bunch of non residents who told me I was a Trump supporter if you get what I mean. Why is this OK? I'm resident and accosted by "non resident" pool guests? Why am i dealing with this when I'm paying over $3k a month for an apt. read more

We have been living at Pebble Creek since July 2019. We got the newly renovated apartment with laminated vinyl flooring and new appliances. Faith was very helpful and wasnt pushy at all. We had problems with filter from the the heater, which was fixed within days. Management is very helpful and responds immediately. Parking on high street is safe and plenty if you have extra car. Quite neighborhood. Pet friendly walks and close to lake Elizabeth. Plenty of fast food restaurants and Asian restaurants near by. Safeway is just blocks away. Close proximity to 680 and Speedway gas station and fremont Bart/warm springs bart. Prices are very competitive. Would highly recommend. read more

I have been waiting to write a review until we have settled in and have had several months of living experience. We left our last place on the peninsula due to an astronomical and albeit ridiculous rent increase on a 2bed/2bath 1020 sq ft unit. We paid for all utilities, shared, to the tune of an extra 150 a month, plus pet rent and pge. With one parking spot a mile away and no guest parking. I searched and searched and feel so blessed to have had the perfect timing to find this little gem we now call home. We have a 3bed/2bath with laundry AND a two car garage... yes a garage. Vaulted ceilings, all new carpet cabinets and fixtures. Plus the paint is a lovely beigy taupe color not the traditional white on white you see everywhere. The units are super solid meaning you NEVER hear your neighbors. Its a fantastic quiet community where people about their days and are courteous and friendly from whom Ive met. Faith the property manager does a great job communicating on any maintenance issues and the maintenance guys have done a great job on the few little things we needed fixed like a sticky door and a few paint touchups. Oh did i mention there is an a/c unit too? Pretty vaulted ceilings HUGE bedrooms and living room. And the rent is very reasonable. You have your own water and your own garbage. No shared utilities! Pool and small gym too. You will not find these amenities unless you are renting a private condo or townhouse. And we just had a really fun community yard sale with a complimentary barbecue provides by Pebble Creek. So cool. We love our home and the people who run it. If they have vacancies get in quick cuz they dont even have to market them. They are swiped up! Thank you Faith and Maria for welcoming us and taking such good care of us. read more

Best apartment community I've ever lived in. Seriously. We lived there for two years and it was great the whole time. Pros: 1. The staff there is really awesome, especially Faith. Whenever you have a problem, they make sure to take care of it right away because they care. At one point they even altered the landscaping next to my apartment because of issues with all the tree sap getting on the cars and sidewalk. 2. Apartments are large. I had a 2 bedroom apartment that was just over 1000 sq ft. We had two couches, an entertainment center, a bookshelf and a desk in the living room alone because there was so much space. 3. Great amenities like 2 pools, fitness center, central heating, microwave, washer/dryer, etc. Some apts even come with central a/c or a garage. I loved having a garage. 4. The location is pretty good. I would walk to the park and the library all the time. There is like every pizza and fast food place around the corner and only a short drive to the Hub or either freeway. And on Sundays, you can walk to the Farmer's Market a few blocks away instead of having to fight for parking. 5. Pet friendly, seriously. And they don't have crazy weight limits (not every dog owner is into tea cup breeds, you know?). There are all sorts of dog and cats in the community. They even have poop stations so if you forget to bring a baggie, you don't have to run back to your apt. 6. It doesn't sound like they try to screw you out of your deposit when you move out. I just moved out so I haven't gotten mine back yet, but going through the walkthrough with Faith, it sounds like we'll get most of ours back. I've lived in some other places where they created all sorts of imaginary issues just to keep your deposit. Cons: 1. Old single pane windows in some apts. Not the most energy efficient, they let a lot of air and noise through. In the winter, its noticeable how cold it is next to the windows. But they have started replacing the windows in some of the buildings so it might not be an issue for too much longer. 2. Parking. We had a 2 car garage so parking wasn't an issue for us, but if you live in an apt that doesn't come with a garage, there are a limited number of open spaces. 3. Lots of families with kids. This one could be a pro or a con, depending on your preference and family situation. But sometimes having a bunch of kids playing outside might get loud and annoying (see #1: Old single pane windows). That being said, my neighbor's kids were pretty cool. Conclusion: This place is great and I was totally sad when we decided to move out of there. The only reason we even left is because our roommate moved out so my husband wanted to move closer to work (Emeryville). But if we ever have a reason to live in Fremont again, Pebble Creek is the first place I'm going. read more

My family did enjoy our stay a lot at Pebble Creek. The location is very good. Walk distance to Fremont library, Elizabeth Lake, and Farmers' Market. What impressed us most is the people at the community. The staff, Maria, Oscar, especially Faith are awesome. They take our concerns serious, and always offer their assistance and take care of our service request promptly. Our neighbors are really amazing, they are very friendly and warm people. We were surprised to receive lots of gifts from them. From toys and clothes for kids, to a scarf knitted by one of the neighbors for my mom who visited to take care of my newborn. My family did love our living there and will miss all the pretty nice people we have known at Pebble Creek. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE living here! The unit i have is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with 2 car garage. I have lived here over a year and a half and wouldnt trade it for any place in Fremont. They space is awesome! We have vaulted ceilings in the livingroom and our master bedroom. The balacony is spacious enough to have an entire patio set out, and we have spent several nights entertaining guest of over 5-6 people ALL on the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone keeps to themselves, other than the occasional "hello" or "good morning" from the passerby. The office is the best at customer service, friendly, family-like attitudes. Faith is the best! and they even have annual Block Garage Sales with free BBQ! 2 pools, a sauna, and light gym equipment make this place feel like home. Its got all the amenities of the fancier\newer places, but without the cost. I am definetely renewing my lease... Dont forget its practically across the street from the Lake! we go on night walks or jogging there all the time! The only disadvantage at all is that there is no guest parking so you have to find street parking which can be hard if you get home late. Not too bad though, and worth it! read more

I stayed here for a year (2017-2018) and had a really good experience. Very spacious rooms and nice balcony. Maria, Faith and the entire team are very nice and all the service request were taken care off immediately. I had some problems initially when I moved in but, Faith took care of it and addressed all my concerns. Overall great location and great management makes this place awesome. read more

This review is for site visit. Last week we visited this community to rent an apartment. Community is very quiet and greenery makes it pleasant. Nice amenities and floor plan. We were welcomed by Maria, she was very friendly and supportive throughout the visit. I wanted to move in asap and Maria and her manager were trying hard to work out to make our move in one day. Unfortunately we had to choose another apartment based on it is very close to school of my child. But we loved Pebble Creek Communities. My boyfriend and I just renewed our lease after living here for a year. We have never had a bad experience with any of the employees, we can only hear our neighbors if we both have our windows open (meaning the walls are nice and thick), and the maintenance people are amazing at their jobs! We kind of let the maintenance issues pile up and had three things that we needed fixed and the guy was in and out in half an hour! Our rent did increase by a little more than 10 percent, but we LOVE living here and it's still less than what other places are charging. Re: parking. Ok, we're a two car family with only one assigned space, but there's a senior living facility at the other end of the block and there is ALWAYS parking over there. If you don't mind walking a block (and what a lovely block it is) I recommend it. Location wise, this place is ideal; we're walking distance from Safeway, the Sunday farmers' market, a burger joint, and the park! I walk to and from BART (through the park and two blocks over, a little more than 2 miles one way) and it's quite pleasant. Certainly better than trying to find and pay for parking over there. Libraries and parks are also quite close so if you have kids or enjoy reading, definitely the place for you. read more

Pebble Creek is awesome. I lived here for a year and moved out for work reasons. I struggled for a while trying to find a place that had all the same amenities in my price range- it was impossible! I never had any problems here that weren't addressed promptly. I did find that calling rather then submitting a form online got any repairs done within a day or two. Thanks Jose! Also, Faith and William are the best! Extremely nice and friendly. I would have absolutely stayed longer if it wasn't so far from my job. Good price for the area too but rent's always crazy anyway in the Bay Area. As for crime, I did have a car breakin not long after I moved in, and we had people rifling through the dumpster (I was nearby and heard it every time), but no major problems. Fairly quiet too. My favorite perk was how close it was to the Irvington Farmers Market. Also close proximity to Safeway and between 680 and 880. read more

I've lived here for about 5 months now and so far I'm very happy. My upstairs neighbors' dog is extremely annoying. Always attacking their front door and barking when I enter/leave my place, and loves to bark at squirrels outside early in the morning when I'm still asleep, but that is their fault, not the complex's. Other than that, Faith and William, the apartment managers, are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a few issues that needed addressing when I moved in and everything was promptly taken care of. The parking spaces are roomy and I've had no issues with crime, noise, or anything else. Price is pretty good for southern Fremont compared to the other higher end places along Stevenson. I'll stay here as long as I can provided the rent doesn't go up too high. read more

Ok where do we even start? Our family lived in the Pebble Creek Community for close to 20 years. We absolutely loved living here and we will surely miss it. We loved living here for so many reasons. We always felt safe. We never had any safety issues. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the creek. Our apartment was very spacious. The manager (Faith) is very present and is seen walking the grounds frequently. If at anytime something needed to be fixed or repaired, it was done in a timely manner (very fast) and fixed right. The neighbors have become close friends and really, this place feels like a family. The grounds are kept spotless. Pebble Creek is animal friendly and all the dogs are friends and like to say "hi" in passing to each other. I have had interaction with the owners of the property and they are very nice people as well. Faith is a five star manager, just the best in every way! She always made things easy for us, always was looking out for us, so professional and upbeat! My whole family will miss Pebble Creek Community VERY much! Hello residents of Pebble Creek. We are planning on moving in May to the Fremont area and are considering Pebble Creek. Sounds like a great place. One big question : what kind of rent increases are you folks experiencing at the complex ? I was told by the office there it is usually between 3 to 5%. but can go all the way to 10% ( ! ) Can anyone share their experience with their rent increase ? From doing a little research I've learned the city of Fremont has something on the books which discourages excessive rent increases, and an appeals process in place for a tenant who believes their rent increase is excessive and unjustified in a dispute with the landlord. But no actual rent control unfortunately . read more

We loved the amenities (Pool/Gym), our specific unit had a amazing view right out our back patio that had redwoods tucked away. We never had a issue, and the folks running the place are top notch. My husband and I moved from New York City and we've lived here just over a year and renewed our lease in July. We have a townhome at Pebble Creek II and we love it. It's expensive, but what isn't when it comes to housing in the Bay Area? If you consider what you get for the money, it can't be beat. We've had little to no maintenance needed in a year but they are more than accommodating (and encourage you to report things as they happen so they can take care of it) when it comes to requests for repairs. Faith, the property manger, wants you to be happy living here and replaces things when they need to be replaced instead of trying to get away with neglecting appliances/paint/repairs as long as possible (that was certainly our experience in NYC, if you needed something done, good luck!). There are 2 pools so we can almost always have a nice swim and quite often have the pool or fitness center to ourselves. We regularly use the treadmills, weights and bike in the main area of the property. We have no issues with neighbors and because we rented a property with a 2 car garage we don't have parking problems either. This property also welcomes our kitties and we are lucky they are so pet friendly because when we looked online there were hardly any properties that accepted pets let alone 2 pets. The townhome itself is HUGE (our viewpoint may be skewed because we moved from NYC) and when we moved in (not sure if this is the case every time although the person downstairs just moved out and they are remodeling that apartment as well) EVERYTHING was new. I'm talking tags and stickers still on the appliances new. Carpet was new as well. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning unit is only in the living room of the home and there is no solution for the bedroom in the far end of the home. We really only need it on 90+ degree days and I'm not sure how many properties in the area have central AC to begin with. I'm from the midwest so you just assume it's everywhere but not that easy to find on the coasts. It's a great place to live, well maintained grounds, good amenities and a great property manager. read more

With mortgage up in the air, went looking for place, finally landing @ Pebble Creek on High in Fremont. Walked in out of the blue, & was treated like a valued client from the get-go. Examples: unit desired was still occupied, so manager willingly & gracefully showed her own personal space to give us an idea of what to expect; follow-on visit when unit was empty was relaxed, helpful & enjoyable. The only explanation for the bad review reflects poorly on the reviewer, not the Community or the staff. read more

We just moved out of the 3 bedroom condo's at Pebble Creek II. We lived here for over 2 years. I think like all apartment/condo living it had its good points and bad. We had a horrible downstairs neighbor who just tried to start trouble for no reason, but luckily the office (and corporate) understood and realized it was just that person, not us (or every other complaint). Faith- the manager and Jose - the maintenance manager were awesome. They were very helpful and friendly. The area is very quiet and most people keep to themselves. Like all apartments/condos you are going to sometimes hear your neighbors or the parking could be better, but overall we had a great experience and I would definitely live here again if we ever moved back to Fremont. The move out was a breeze as well- just attempting to clean, etc. I keep a pretty clean house, even with a toddler and 2 dogs, and was happy to hear we were getting our full deposit back- I wish every place you moved out of was this easy- especially because they have to pay professionals to come in anyways! read more
