When I was told $768, I thought, wow high, but things change over time. Not the case, each part 2 rotors, caliper were charged double O'Reilly cost, where the parts come from, so, invoice attached: also was charged labor per rotor 49.99. Then 99.99 labor for caliper, the standard brake pad cost cost is only thing close to legitimate. Caliper was doubled as well. I asked why so high, the gentleman said its to keep the lights on, its a new building, there are costs, so that we are for people that don't have a shop to refer to. Only reason I went was due to good reviews, worked with they years ago at old location. Service rep found me in the system. Unfortunately I was stuck, an inspection turned out to be mostly apart lol. These charges are ridiculous and bogus. I warn people to be aware in doing business at this location. There's a sign that mentions 17.9 % upcharge parts /supplies, no more than 29.99. That doesnt fit either. We'll see how this lifetime warranty works out.

We have had our 2007 camry serviced here several times over the past two years, and each time are presented with an honest, reasonable, and cost effective solution to our issue. They do not try to oversell you on needless repairs like other places will certainly do, especially for an older vehicle. The turnaround time is also very reasonable and usually pretty quick, depending on the needed repair. Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.
