These people lied to me, did an incompetent job, quoted $1,200.00 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy but charged me $1,850.00 so far, bungled the petition, put incorrect information on the petition and duplicated two debts, is not protecting my legal interests or representing me properly, and effectively hung me out to dry...Just so that they could get their $1,850.00 in fees! They really DO NOT CARE about me, or what they have done! I've talked to other attorneys and they have told me that I didn't need to declare bankruptcy at all! They claimed that my student loan could be part of the bankruptcy then wanted another $3,500.00 to address that!
