My daughter is losing her house because of these people! And their incompetency! My daughter owns her own house, which I am not on the title, and despite the assurances of these people that "your daughter and her house will not be affected!" she is losing her house due to my bankruptcy! Which she is NOT a part of!? And a bankruptcy which never should have been filed! These people lied to me, did an incompetent job, quoted $1,200.00 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy but charged me $1,850.00 so far, bungled the petition, put incorrect information on the petition and duplicated two debts, is not protecting my legal interests or representing me properly, and effectively hung me out to dry...Just so that they could get their $1,850.00 in fees! They really DO NOT CARE about me, or what they have done! I've talked to other attorneys and they have told me that I didn't need to declare bankruptcy at all! They claimed that my student loan could be part of the bankruptcy then wanted another $3,500.00 to address that! I really can't even begin to address the problems about this firm, this attorney, their paralegals, and the problems that they've gotten me into over what should have been a simple bankruptcy...One that I never should have filed if I had gotten competent legal advice! I will be filing complaints with the Georgia Bar Association over his conduct! read more

Since writing my original review, I have received several emails from Yelp advising me that The Galler Law Office has left comments to my review. I had avoiding commenting on each additional or revised comment, except for one time earlier this year to advise that I was not the person who had visited their office without an appointment. The same day that the first lengthy comment was left in response to my review, which accused me of being contradictory, I received a message offering me a free consultation. I did not accept the offer. The comment the attorney left was defensive and negative to me as a reviewer, which is his right. But, why would I want to use this person as my attorney after they just publicly "attacked" my review? Furthermore, I have been of the opinion that lawyers are masters of the English language. I can only assume that the writer must have been quite upset and did not proofread his comment, as it is riddled with grammar, spelling and punctuation errors. My initial experience, the tone of the rebuttal, the actual grammatical structure of the comments and the fact that my review is being refuted continuously for months, only solidifies my opinion. read more
