Despite repeated calls and messages, I rarely receive a response or meaningful updates about my case. The staff member assigned to my file has not provided consistent information, and I'm often left without any clarity on what is happening. The last time I signed anything was January 22, 2026, and since then I have received no updates or documentation. I've also contacted the firm directly multiple times and am usually met with apologies and promises of follow-up, but nothing changes. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and communication has been very disappointing

UNSTOPPABLE FORCE!! These 2 words best describe Todd Shugart at Scholle Law Car & Truck Attorneys,…read moreDuluth, Georgia. Let me explain. My neck was badly injured in a car crash. In addition to this, i also had injuries from a previous crash. Plus, the accident report was inconclusive. Two different law firms took my case and then dropped it. To make matters worst, the insurance company of the other driver literally told me that my case had ZERO chance of going anywhere. My case was dead in the water, until i met Charles and Todd! Charles looked me in my eyes and said, "Mr. Lacy, we're going to make this right and get you well." From that point forward, Todd put on his batman cape(i.e., batman's nick name is "greatest detective") and began relentlessly investigating and dissecting my case piece by piece. As Todd was doing his scholarly 'detective' work, everything starting moving rapidly, such as my medical treatment plan with top rated Physicians and my mental healing. Despite the inconclusive accident report, my previous injuries, and the big bad insurance company; NOTHING was stopping Todd from getting me well and justice. Because of Todd's 'UNSTOPPABLE' pursuit, I am well and have received justice. I HIGHLY RECCOMMED SCHOLLE LAW CAR & TRUCK ATTORNEYS DULUTH.

He's very informative and Is going to give it to you as promised the good the bad, and the ugly, but then he tops it off with saying that he will do my best to make things right for you and go in your favor. There's never a stressful moment with him. And guess what he does just that! Peter goes above and behind to accommodate you. He answers every question I mean every question that you have! You will not be disappointed with this company representing you! He genuinely cares about his clients it's not just a job to him. Very compassionate guy. And he got me exactly what he said he would get and talked to me every step of the way until he won my case. As I tell him: Peter your the real MVP when it comes to a great attorney and he truly is! Sorry for the long review but it's just so many great things I have to say about this company. Especially after two different attorneys had my case and gave me false promise and massive lies! Abs told me it was going to be a hard case. So I took my case to Peter, and he was honest about everything with my case. And did the exact opposite of both of my previous attorneys and proved them completely wrong. He went above and beyond for me and my kids case. And I'm so grateful for him and his company. Best attorney hands down! Peter gives great communication, he's a honest, compassionate, professional attorney!

So my dumbass hired him. Well he dropped the ball many times and didn't file stuff in time and didn't tell us things were due until after the due date so there was a court order that my husband had to pay his ex's lawyer fees of a 1000.00. Then he said "Oh we aren't going to pay her lawyer nothing since she sent back a payment that was sent to her"! Well my husband got arrested this morning because Tom Westbury had no idea what he was doing and didn't have some of the paperwork he should of. He was tripping over his words, he came to court looking like he just rolled out of bed and can't put a sentence together. He sounded like he was drunk. If you don't want to lose your case find another lawyer. Now we have to spend more money hiring another lawyer for the 50/50 and even more because we are suing this lawyer for his Misrepresentation and misleading us. He told us he could do this and do that and he didn't do nothing. Now iam at the jail trying to get my husband out. My husband is a great man and a great father and pays his support on time and works hard all he wanted was more time with his son but instead he is sitting in jail. Tom Westbury needs to be sitting in jail instead of my husband for contempt of court. How dare you Tom for not admitting fault but we have it on record you telling us this was your fault we had to pay the 1000.00 because you didn't do your job. Shame on you. What is really sad is that he just slipped out of the courtroom without saying anything to me or helping me try to figure out how to get him out. What a JERK!!!
