So my dumbass hired him. Well he dropped the ball many times and didn't file stuff in time and didn't tell us things were due until after the due date so there was a court order that my husband had to pay his ex's lawyer fees of a 1000.00. Then he said "Oh we aren't going to pay her lawyer nothing since she sent back a payment that was sent to her"! Well my husband got arrested this morning because Tom Westbury had no idea what he was doing and didn't have some of the paperwork he should of. He was tripping over his words, he came to court looking like he just rolled out of bed and can't put a sentence together. He sounded like he was drunk. If you don't want to lose your case find another lawyer. Now we have to spend more money hiring another lawyer for the 50/50 and even more because we are suing this lawyer for his Misrepresentation and misleading us. He told us he could do this and do that and he didn't do nothing. Now iam at the jail trying to get my husband out. My husband is a great man and a great father and pays his support on time and works hard all he wanted was more time with his son but instead he is sitting in jail. Tom Westbury needs to be sitting in jail instead of my husband for contempt of court. How dare you Tom for not admitting fault but we have it on record you telling us this was your fault we had to pay the 1000.00 because you didn't do your job. Shame on you. What is really sad is that he just slipped out of the courtroom without saying anything to me or helping me try to figure out how to get him out. What a JERK!!!
