It seems that there used to be a few attorneys that worked together and now they decided to branch out on their own. Nothing wrong about that! Anyways, after calling and talking to about a dozen attorney offices and multiple appointments later, I stumbled upon Steve. After talking to Melanie she cleared some of my questions and made me a FREE face to face consultation with Mr. Emert after a few days. Which was perfect, because several of the offices I called told me they didn't have appointments for more than a week. They gave me some forms to fill out for information before our scheduled meeting and it wasn't too much work to fill them out and it helped us when we did finally get to speak face-to-face. We submitted them thru email the day before the meeting which gave me ample time to prepare and we all went into the meeting knowing what we wanted instead of having to guess. We wanted a special type of trust and needed a experienced lawyer to file it for us. Mr. Emert gave us several different suggestions and gave us multiple options to accomplish what we wanted. Each option was priced different and we were able to know up front how much it would cost. We were able to break up the payments into smaller affordable amounts. Mr. Emert is very skilled and seems very educated and knowledgeable in the field that he works in and he made everything a lot easier than I had expected.
