I was pushed and shoved by this Insurance Company that dragged me along and would not put anything in writing to deny the claim. Long story short 10 days before the first actual court hearing after additional delays by opposing counsel, Charles firm decides to drop the case and left me high and dry. Now my case was Dismissed because I failed to appear. I live in California and did not receive the proper notice to be able to travel.
