He responds to several emails to go over my time sensitive matter. I took a lot of time to consolidate the necessary information and emailed it to him. He states that he would go over the issues. Then 'CRICKETS................' I called and emailed him for a response. More 'CRICKETS................' I waited couple of days . Gave him benefit of doubt to get to my matter that he promised he would do. More 'CRICKETS................' What kind of behavior is this??? Answer -- "Unreliable and Unprofessional." A lawyer who is unreliable is lethal to your legal matter. Beware of this before you engage with one. read more

I've only used Wagner Law Group once, and this experience really upset me. So my wife and I after getting the results of an inspection decided we no longer wanted to purchase a home we were looking at. So we requested our earnest money back and needed to contact Wagner Law LLC (the intermediary) to get it back. Susie from Wagner wanted my routing number for my bank account so they can wire it back to me, so I offered to call her to give it, since I felt uncomfortable sharing my bank account information via email. Susie gave me her number, and I called to find out I had called the office, Christie informed me that Susie is working remotely and I needed to email Bo if I wanted to get my earnest money back. I email Bo with my phone number and asked him to call me back so I can share my bank information with him via phone. He emailed me back asking me to email him my banking information. I inform him I do not want my information to be in an email, and I would prefer if he'd call me or I'd call him. He sends me a form to fill out and asks me to fax it to his office, since a phone call is out of the question. I don't own a fax, but I can walk to a nearby UPS, and I know that it's even more secure than a phone call so I agree. I print it out, fill it out, write on it 'Please do not email', walk to UPS, wait in line, pay my $3 for the security of a fax and walk out the door. I confirm by calling the office again to make sure that they received my fax, only to find out that there is no office fax, and that all faxes get sent to Susie's email! I was livid! What upset me the most was that they tried to trick me into believing that they were respecting my wishes and ultimately ignored my valid request. In this line of work they should have a secure workaround in place, as simple as telling me to use a dropbox link, or to zip up a file with a key or something. I ended up giving them 2 stars, since they did promptly return the earnest money back to me. But took off three stars for the trickery, for wasting my time and forcing me to put my routing information in an email. read more
