Do not be fooled by the positive reviews you read. This lady increases her rates like ordering from…read morethe take out menu. I have seen a rate increase of almost $100 in less than a year. And when you call to get information as to why there is an increase, the only response is "she's in a meeting and she will call you back". Keep in mind I have called her several times at the exact time and gotten the same response from her workers. And Paula is like a minion. You ask her a question and she spouts the same line " it's due to rate and policy changes" like she reading from the manual. I know insurance companies have never been in the best interest of the people but unfortunately it is something we have to have in order to drive. But this place will rob you of your money if you have any left. Pay attention to the increases and how often they are happening and that is your first sign to start looking elsewhere.

We stopped wasting our time checking around after the first few years because we'd spend hours comparing rates - we'd ask Susan to see if any other company that they repped had better rates, then we'd look at other options on the internet, but we were always getting the best pricing and a policy that fit our needs!)
