I called to pay my Insurance that was late, only to discover that it was time to renew. He said that it would be 580.00, I said is it time to reinstate, and he said yes. I said Oh, he then said that I could drop the full coverage, not asking me if that was what I wanted to do. He put me on hold and did the calculation and came bake and gave me that quote. I said Oh no I need full coverage, then in a very angry voice he said I was just trying to help you out, you don't have 500.00 to pay and right now you don't have insurance , if you have that you could go to Kroger, or you can drive illegal. I then try to ask him why do I feel like he is upset with me, as soon as , I got why do I feel out of my mouth ,he cut me off and said listen I am a old white rich man and I don't care if you tell me to kiss your behind you can go and search elsewhere for insurance and hung the phone up. When I call back to get a corporate phone number a lady answered the phone, that's when she find out that he was the owner she was rude as well.
