I did some research on different agents before transferring, and he was very highly rated. I took the chance and I'm really glad I did. Total rock star. I told him about my issues and why I made the transfer request. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt like a valued customer. He's been very communicative throughout the entire process, to which I told him I appreciate and value the transparency and communication, something my previous agent was lacking. He has done everything he told me he would do as soon as he was able. This is the State Farm that I'm used to. Very high-quality service and I highly recommended him for your insurance needs.

My favorite managing associate to go to is Claudia. She typically has the answers to my questions immediately. On the rare case she does not have the answer (people are not computers) she has consistently gone above and beyond to provide two things. She let's me know she needs to make a call to underwriting to find out and then she always gets back to me. This takes the burden of calling back off of my plate. Also, her empathetic conversational style, helps me to feel comfortable that she cares about the issue I am calling about and that she is on my side like a true neighbor. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews you read. This lady increases her rates like ordering from…read morethe take out menu. I have seen a rate increase of almost $100 in less than a year. And when you call to get information as to why there is an increase, the only response is "she's in a meeting and she will call you back". Keep in mind I have called her several times at the exact time and gotten the same response from her workers. And Paula is like a minion. You ask her a question and she spouts the same line " it's due to rate and policy changes" like she reading from the manual. I know insurance companies have never been in the best interest of the people but unfortunately it is something we have to have in order to drive. But this place will rob you of your money if you have any left. Pay attention to the increases and how often they are happening and that is your first sign to start looking elsewhere.

Taryn's office team members are polite, professional, caring, and resourceful. Today, TLSF member Jasmyn Marshall called me about another Georgia state rate hike for my insurance policy. Needless to say, I was highly annoyed, because Georgia is kicking my ass with these increases. Nevertheless, Jasmyn remained polite and professional during our conversation. In addition, she offered several options that would help reduce my policy rate without removing any of the coverage I purchased. I want to personally thank Jasmyn for being so patient, ignoring my Hella-tude, and informing me of the options that will reduce my rate while fitting my tight budget. If you are a budding new business owner, or you just moved to the ATL, the Taryn Lawrence State Farm office is where you want to go! Thank You Jasmyn!!! Renee
