I called to pay my Insurance that was late, only to discover that it was time to renew. He said that it would be 580.00, I said is it time to reinstate, and he said yes. I said Oh, he then said that I could drop the full coverage, not asking me if that was what I wanted to do. He put me on hold and did the calculation and came bake and gave me that quote. I said Oh no I need full coverage, then in a very angry voice he said I was just trying to help you out, you don't have 500.00 to pay and right now you don't have insurance , if you have that you could go to Kroger, or you can drive illegal. I then try to ask him why do I feel like he is upset with me, as soon as , I got why do I feel out of my mouth ,he cut me off and said listen I am a old white rich man and I don't care if you tell me to kiss your behind you can go and search elsewhere for insurance and hung the phone up. When I call back to get a corporate phone number a lady answered the phone, that's when she find out that he was the owner she was rude as well. He will forge signatures, lie to you, and make changes to your policy without contacting you with no since of honesty. Or having the policy holders thinking something 1 day and completely different 24 hours later. I have spoken with this agent in person and over the phone multiple times and all I've ever asked for is for him to be honest. Apparently he's not able to do that so again BEWARE of this AGENT in Morrow Allstate Office.
