I called to pay my Insurance that was late, only to discover that it was time to renew. He said that it would be 580.00, I said is it time to reinstate, and he said yes. I said Oh, he then said that I could drop the full coverage, not asking me if that was what I wanted to do. He put me on hold and did the calculation and came bake and gave me that quote. I said Oh no I need full coverage, then in a very angry voice he said I was just trying to help you out, you don't have 500.00 to pay and right now you don't have insurance , if you have that you could go to Kroger, or you can drive illegal. I then try to ask him why do I feel like he is upset with me, as soon as , I got why do I feel out of my mouth ,he cut me off and said listen I am a old white rich man and I don't care if you tell me to kiss your behind you can go and search elsewhere for insurance and hung the phone up. When I call back to get a corporate phone number a lady answered the phone, that's when she find out that he was the owner she was rude as well. This man is prejudice and ungrateful for the blessing of customers that God have given him. I will not be the only one you loose, there will be others until you are grateful. If I could rate them lower than a one star I would,

I was so surprise, I said excuse me and he replied "piss off" and hang the phone up on me. When is it that people talk to customers like this. Who would want to patronize a business that speaks to potential customers like that. I called the 770-961-5620. I am going to report him to Better Business Bureau and every other agency I can find. Maxey Insurance is the worst.
