I have borrowed from them several times before and always pay it before the 30 days were up. I was never charged any interest. That is why they get my business . But this time Tonya said they were going to charge me interest because you've done this before. I am enraged! The manager Felisha had a nonchalant attitude and said take it up with the district manager, Ramel Castaneeza. She said , " he's in the Norcross office and I will email him and he will call you. After waiting an hour I called him . I was told that he wasn't there, and I left another message. This went on for 4 days. No call . No returned message. So they love you if they are making 300 percent off you. Then they say they got good customer service. If they can't make their 300 %, then you can drop dead as far as they are concerned . NO , DO NOT GO TO TITLE TREE!!. They are dishonest, deceitful, say one thing and do another with poor customer service! Refuse to return calls when there is a problem. I would give them a 0 if I could.
