The staff is pretty friendly and they always have the same people working. As far as MY experience with pawning jewlery/gold there I've been floored at how low they offer. I literally went there one day and they weighed what I had and said they would give me $30 dollars for it and I swear to god I went down the street to Cash Pawn America and they offered me $90 for the exact same thing. And that has actually happened a couple times. I always end up going somewhere else because whenever they go to tell me their offer it just sounds really low. They even have a billboard that says they pay the most for gold which is complete false advertising.

So, I went to this location on 2/14/2023. When I arrived, I greeted the Young lady (which seemed sweet & didn't say too much) .. & Guy ( both of Caucasian descent) that was there behind the counter, as they were eating. Well, the guy asked how could he help & I let him know that I was needing to pawn a piece of jewelry for $250. So, I handed him over the item & he went over to test it. He scraped it multiple times & tested it with the acid; which took about 5 mins. Then he comes over to me and says that he can't give me a pawn on it because it wasn't Gold. I calmly said; yes it is; how did you come to that conclusion? He then proceeded to say, " I (he) have NO REASON TO LIE TO ME & that when he tested it, the lines are disappearing once the acid is placed on it. So, I guess, due to me being very adamant about me knowing without a doubt that was REAL GOLD; He then proceeded to test it in front of me. So as he scraped the lines onto the stone thingamajig again, he put on the acid. WELL, THOSE LINES THAT HE INITIALLY TOLD ME WAS DISAPPEARING, WERE SHOWING CLEAR AS DAY. So, I was like, "LOOK , THE LINE IS STILL THERE". He then said, we'll yeah, but the line isn't suppose to tarnish like that... So, I handed him over my old wedding set. He looked at them & said , "NOW, THESE HAVE A 10k STAMP"... Now, I already knew that he was BLATANTLY LYING TO ME ABOUT THE PRIOR PIECE OF JEWELRY, saying that it wasn't Real Gold. BUT HERE IS THE KICKER! Once I handed him over my old wedding set, I was still letting him know that I didn't understand why the bracelet was coming up, not real gold; because my husband and I had our random pieces of scrap gold, 10 K & 14 K melted down to have that bracelet handmade for our daughter when she was born. So it was kind of heavy. After letting him know that; he requested for the bracelet back and took it back over to the tester, and NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN, ITS 10k GOLD! AND THAT HE WOULD GIVE ME a pawn for $150 for both the bracelet & wedding set, collectively! And in my mind, I was like, THE AUDACITY OF HIS BLATANT DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOR TOWARDS & LIES TO ME! Now remember, all I needed was $250. So I went to the next nearest Pawn shop. They pawned THE BRACELET ALONE for that amount. My wedding set wasn't needed at all. Which I already knew; because of the amount of gold that was used to make the bracelet. However, we all have a harvest to reap for our deeds; wether good or bad. That's why I do my best to DO GOOD & BE FAIR TO ALL! I'm not sure when he'll reap the harvest for his discrimination & racist traits, but I do know that when he does; God Will bring to his remembrance as to WHY. In the meanwhile, I'll be praying that his heart changes. IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS!

And we have frequented pawn shops for years. He's basically sitting on a little gold mine. Recently, someone must've sold him a doll collection because suddenly the tiny store has been flooded with vintage and antique barbies from decades ago. There's also a nice motorcycle sitting in the front and plenty of hunting equipment from rifles to bows. There's also a handful of nice guitars, acoustic and electric and old electronics. Old, old. Like ye olde printing press. Okay maybe not that old, but older than me! And the man working the shop is so nice and sweet and he's very honest and gives you a good price on everything. My husband and I have developed quite a soft spot for him. I highly recommend this shop, whether it's to sell, pawn, or buy.

I went to Fast Cash, To get a small loan. Initially the manager K, was very friendly. I could only…read morepay the minimum payment every month (interest only) until I got a lump sum to pay off the entire loan. I made 4 or 5 payments and I was late on the last payment before I could pay it off. It was only 1 month and Fast Cash hired an "Agent" to call me Threatening If I didn;t take the payment in that day, they Were Sending Sheriff's to My Door and I would Be Arrested. For a Loan I was late on for 1 Month!!! on top of that PAM who also works there is extremely Rude and Unprofessional. She's snappy has no class and isn't good for business. When I came in to pay off the ENTIRE loan like I told Them I would, she had the nerve to say very loudly to the Clerk, "GET HER FILE OUT OF THE REPO DRAWER ON THE TOP, THATS RIGHT THE REPO FILE." Never Ever Ever Again Would I go to Fast Cash or recommend anyone here. They don't work with you even if you are a good loyal customer who pays on time, they threaten you with Warrants and repossession even if you're a little behind. My advice Go To One of the Chains, they are very professional and very understanding.
