I have always paid on time, and driven responsibly. I had no problems with them until I moved to the Atlanta Metropolitan area where I commute to work every day. I called yesterday seeing if I could dispute the outcome, and I was told no. I could only dispute if my claims were put in by error. There was no fraud on my side. My vehicle had been hit is traffic twice commuting to and from work. The third and oldest claim was never assigned fault due to it being my word against the other driver's word. I realize it is all business and that no private company owes me anything, but it still felt horrible enough that makes me never want to do business with progressive ever again if this is how they treat lifelong customers. Due to her rudeness I asked who her supervisor was and she told me that it was the President of the company. I have had mile auto for a few years and never had this type of customer service. I needed a new policy but I would NEVER use this company again and cancelled the next day after I bought from another company.
