I have been…read morerelatively quite satisfied with them until I met Pankaj and he offered me a friendly review of my insurance coverages and offered that he may be able to reduce my premiums. At first I was very apprehensive as I knew my premiums were already quite low given I had excellent track record with my home and auto and I was with them for almost 15 years however I still gave Pankaj a try. When he ran my numbers, I was very pleasantly surprised that he was able to get all my premiums and overall insurance cost down with Farmers by atleast 20%. It was a no brainer for me to switch at that time. What I really like about Pankaj is that he not only works very hard to get you the best possible deal and value with respect to insurance, he is also very knowledgable in all types of insurances - Life, Auto, Home, Business General Liability, Business Error and Omissions etc. I have since then called him several times to take his advice on different types of insurances and he ALWAYS picks up the phone and answer all my questions with lot of patience. His knowledge and customer service has been by far the best among all the insurance agents I have worked with in last 15 years. I can say that one of the biggest reason beside his quotes, I decided to move all my insurances to his recommended carriers was due to his excellent customer service. Now I recommend him to all my family and friends as I can trust him that he will take very good care of them.

But whats "Excellent" (above all) is the Farmers Experience. Recently had the misfortune of totaling a Prius. With the professionalism, communication skills, knowledge and efficiency of the Farmers Claim agent help (Ms.Stephanie) and their preferred shop (Ed Voyles Body Shop -Mr.Heath) the process of claims management and the blow was softened. Within 12 calendar days, the payment was EFT'ed to my account. It was a very reasonable settlement (Kbb Good Value+Kbb Very Good Value/2). Thank you Pankaj, and thank you Farmers!

All needs were different, and all at different levels of income. I had one very high mental health need. Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. And ihealth was quick to respond to me in multiple ways, (text, email and calks) and the back-and-forth of trying to get in touch was minimal. On top of that i was able to connect with the original broker id established rapport with two years ago! The personal interaction is so warm. Terri, our broker, took the time to really understand our individual needs. And in each case thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us navigate the system without having to sweat. She even called the GA exchange to help to get dates right. I actually talk this group up outside of online reviews. I tell my kids if there's anybody they know who needs help navigating and getting ACA through a brokerage to call these people. I don't think I can recommend them highly enough. They seem to be in it for the right reasons, everyone i interact with is friendly, and clearly they hold onto their employees. They're great!

I felt it to being an honor having Mr. Jason Steave serve me as my insurance representative. Jason's sincerity was evident as he showed me great care through questioning. I found him to being quiet, attentive, and a patient listener. Jason listened with great interest and therefore was able to use this knowledge towards the development of a car insurance plan geared to my needs. Additionally, he delved into the needs that I found pertinent for me as a driver. Thanks, Jason, for masterminding a plan of action that more than matches my needs (medical pay, liability, property damage, and collision). Thank you, Ms. Latosha N. I found my conversation with you beneficial due to my limited knowledge about life insurance versus term insurance. Without pushing additional insurance plans, you made me do research and become familiar with my current life and term life insurance plans. I thank you for the "Master" life/term insurance class.
