Enough people reporting them will stop this. I imagine they did this bc they're in the red.

Each time I called they connected me to a claims department that couldn't answer questions about my specific case when my car was hit by a commercial truck and I was out of state at the time. The Atlanta police were more helpful. She called me upon seeing the review and told me, among other things, that she'd been in business 30 years and had no negative reviews. She thinks a lot of herself and made that clear. She also said something like she was going to yell at her team for not answering my questions. Yikes. Maybe Cleo and State Farm run a great business. Good for them. It sounds to me like she lacks empathy. I'm unimpressed. My family has been State Farm customers since the 1970s.

When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that they do not have one. I called back and waited for 20 minutes with no supervisor. So, I called the next day and asked again. Again, I was initially refused. I stated this is enough so after about 15 minutes, another rude person came on the line by the name of Elana. She stated that she was the customer service manager. Due to her rudeness I asked who her supervisor was and she told me that it was the President of the company. I have had mile auto for a few years and never had this type of customer service. I needed a new policy but I would NEVER use this company again and cancelled the next day after I bought from another company. No one should ever have to spend their hard earned money with a company that does not appreciate a customer. Other insurance companies do!!!!

Invoices never match quotes, they have an e-sign document where they bait and switch some (a lot of) hidden monthly fees on you and when you try to cancel, expect to wait on the phone for a long time and then expect to never ever get a refund on overpaid premium. This man calls after we have completed the transaction, so we let him know that we have already gotten the policy because we couldn't reach him. He says "Well, that sucks" and hangs up on me. All needs were different, and all at different levels of income. I had one very high mental health need. Terri worked with our problems and got us individual plans for each person when we first started with our health two years ago. This year teo insurance companies canceled their coverage and didnt alert us unril November, and the third child needed to change. And ihealth was quick to respond to me in multiple ways, (text, email and calks) and the back-and-forth of trying to get in touch was minimal. On top of that i was able to connect with the original broker id established rapport with two years ago! The personal interaction is so warm. Terri, our broker, took the time to really understand our individual needs. And in each case thoughtfully and thoroughly helped us navigate the system without having to sweat. She even called the GA exchange to help to get dates right. I actually talk this group up outside of online reviews. I tell my kids if there's anybody they know who needs help navigating and getting ACA through a brokerage to call these people. I don't think I can recommend them highly enough. They seem to be in it for the right reasons, everyone i interact with is friendly, and clearly they hold onto their employees. They're great!
