I was able to negotiate to a fair enough price over the phone as well so that's a plus for them and they let us test drive the car on our own which was a nice change from most dealerships. They mentioned that work was also done on the car for it to be sold like the struts being replaced and an oil change. They painted the car themselves which sounds nice and it mostly is but this is where my 4 star rating comes from. There's paint in quite a few places on the car where there really shouldn't be and we can't get it off without replacing the parts entirely. This could have been easily avoided if there was just more care in the masking process. There's also a lot of residue from the duct tape that was used. I appreciate the paint job being done but if they put more care into it and used actual masking tape this would have been an easy 5 stars. Still recommend the place though.

Robert Heath attended all my needs from the very beginning to the end and was very cordial and professional. The car wasn't ready to be looked at the day I went in but the dealer's staff was very quick to get it ready for a test drive (next day). Everybody that I dealt with were very nice. The facility is amazing, I'm confident it is the biggest dealer that I've ever been to. Very clean. The waiting rooms are nice and they have comfortable chairs. They had refreshments (coffee, snacks, water and soft drinks) on all the waiting rooms that I used. They had TVs as well, so you can watch while you wait. The process of buying the car was business as usual. There were some waiting that I had to do and papers to sign. There were some issues with my temporary tags and was resolved to my satisfaction. While in the process, Robert, was very proactive on getting everything done to save time at the end. He also walked me through the facilities and showed me where the service department, the parts store, finance and rental locations where. This was a first for me. The dealer provided a rental vehicle for me when we finished the deal at no cost since my vehicle wasn't ready yet and they got it ready the very next day. Overall, I had a great experience, I would recommend family and friends to visit this location and I would visit again in the future.

I asked to speak to GM several times via email, NO RESPONSE.. questions to Service Manager AVOIDED, emails went days to be addressed, asked to visit with GM and himself when I arrived 6/2! GM walked passed me twice into Service Managers office and I was IGNORED and not spoken to. Still ignored. Denied request work previously done via email by Service manager and still NO response from GM Brian and I sent him a certified letter via mail. Horrible management ALL the way around and even worse SERVICE DEPARTMENT If you want an expensive Gasket repair to last longer that 40,000 miles DO NOT GO HERE!
