Double overhead camshaft . . . yeah. Luckily, it wasn't an interferance engine, which the manual says it is, which is what the master tech told me, I told him about the research I'd done and the YouTube videos, which he went out and verified for himself. Brought it in, they went to work on it, even going so far as to ask me about changing the water pump, which I declined. He then explained that once he had it all put back together, there was a leak from a seal BEHIND the timing belt, so he took it ALL back apart to change it, free of charge. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because they said I could pick it up on Monday and it really wasn't ready until Wednesday. But it was a great experience.

I…read morecalled Jiffy Lube to ask if they performed that service and I was assured that they did, I was also given a price quote and told that the recharge would take about 45 minutes. I asked if there was a long wait and I was told no. My wife and I hopped in the SUV and off we went, I drove past the shop heading east because it is set back a bit farther than the other businesses along the road but once I turned around it jumped right out at me. I pulled in, explained what I needed and the crew got right to work. After about 30 minutes I was asked to complete my customer data on their computer system. A few moments later a technician informed me that my A/C refrigerant was about 16 lbs low and that they were topping it off as we spoke. I paid my bill, the same price I had been quoted over the phone and went out to check out the A/C, the performance was perfect, couldn't be better, nice and cold! The shop is the perfect repair shop, they are all business and no BS. The waiting area is clean, and there is was coffee available for customers. There was no wi-fi signal available. I don't recall a television in the waiting area but my wife does so I'd go with her recall not mine. I trust this place, you should too

I am an active-duty service member and scheduled an appointment to have the interior and exterior of my vehicle detailed in Killeen. I also paid the required $30 upfront. The first issue was the location. The address posted for the business is 315 E Avenue G, Killeen, TX, which was not the location I was ultimately given. I was instead directed to 3010 S Fort Hood Street. Because of the confusion with the address and the location itself, I explained when I arrived that I felt uncomfortable leaving my vehicle unattended and asked if I could remain there while it was being detailed. The manager working at the time told me that was fine. They eventually began detailing my vehicle. Approximately 10 minutes later, a man who identified himself as the "co-owner," Dominic, approached me and asked, "Is this your car?" I told him yes. He then responded, "Get it the f*** out of here." I did not argue or escalate the situation. I simply said "cool," asked for his name, got into my vehicle, and left. Regardless of the circumstances, I find it completely unacceptable for a co-owner of a business to speak to a paying customer that way, especially after I had scheduled an appointment, paid the required fee, communicated my concerns respectfully, and received permission from the manager to stay with my vehicle. The conflicting addresses, lack of professionalism, and the way I was spoken to made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this business based on the treatment I received.
