Four trees fell between our house and a small creek about ten feet away from the house. One tree was about 50' tall and it pancaked on two additional trees with the top of all three landing on our deck. The removal looked impossible without one or more of the trees ending up in the creek. Jeff Campbell gave the lowest estimate and arrived on time with a full crew ready to go. The equipment included a crane, a chipper, a skid loader (with clamp jaws), and a dump truck. They did a great job and finished in record time. They thoroughly cleaned up all the debris and caused no damage to the yard. Thank you to the Campbell Team!!!

They were courteous and did all they could do to get the job done in one visit. Even saying that they underestimated what it would take to get it all done and I appreciated that candor in place of overpromising. The price was fair and I recommend this company for removal. What I learned is that I should have broken the work up instead of expecting everything to be done well in one visit. Moving quickly, four bushes were removed that shouldn't have been, the grass is still overgrown (but better) and clean up was still needed. There was just no time and they had already worked a full day. Daquan said they would make up for it by giving me a free cut in the future so we'll see. Overall, good for removal and hard yard work. I'm so glad that part is over and now we replant and landscape.

I wasn't planning to do the work this year, but Jordan offered me a very attractive price (lowered…read morethe offered price 3 times) in order to get the job. The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.

Their team was kind, gracious, hardworking, courteous, and offered an extremely fair price. They provided us with an initial quote, on the spot, to remove a few unsafe trees near our home. After giving us our initial quote, a storm caused a large oak to fall in our front yard, taking out three additional trees. They came out immediately to assess the situation, added the extra work to the job, and returned the very next day to complete the ENTIRE job. It was amazing to see their crew remove 12 trees in a single day. Their new equipment removed the trees easily and left our large front yard remarkably neat and clean after everything was complete. We truly appreciate the hard work and care their team put into this job. Their pricing is unbeatable, and we fully plan to work with them again in the future.
