I agreed and he got me on the books for a 2-3 week wait. He did say if a job came up in my area he would squeeze me in sooner. Well he did just that. Exactly one week from my estimate I had three large juniper bushes removed from our front yard. The crew who did the job was very polite and worked fast. Clean up was immediate and it looked great. The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.

These are the best arborists I have worked with and I have worked with some fine arborists over…read moretime. I don't understand the other review that was left because I have been using them for a few years now and I have never had calls to complain or have worry at all. They are professional. They show up on time for their appointments and they don't block neighbors driveways. They are champion climbers and safety is always the first thing with them and they are very careful with my garden and I have extensive gardens along with giant trees. They also care for the trees that need inoculation and they are good enough to give me wood chips when I need it, although usually I generate enough tree trimming twice a year that I just have them chip my own wood from trimming. I will also note that they have come in at the end of each job they have done for me under the original estimate. I think that's wonderful. I use them on average twice a year. If I have an emergency they are out in a jiffy. Another thing they did last fall that was a help to me was hang up a flying squirrel box because my husband was so busy and had never gotten hung up. Anyway, in case you haven't noticed already, I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have referred them to several people who have also been pleased.
