I don't understand the other review that was left because I have been using them for a few years now and I have never had calls to complain or have worry at all. They are professional. They show up on time for their appointments and they don't block neighbors driveways. They are champion climbers and safety is always the first thing with them and they are very careful with my garden and I have extensive gardens along with giant trees. They also care for the trees that need inoculation and they are good enough to give me wood chips when I need it, although usually I generate enough tree trimming twice a year that I just have them chip my own wood from trimming. I will also note that they have come in at the end of each job they have done for me under the original estimate. I think that's wonderful. I use them on average twice a year. If I have an emergency they are out in a jiffy. Another thing they did last fall that was a help to me was hang up a flying squirrel box because my husband was so busy and had never gotten hung up. Anyway, in case you haven't noticed already, I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have referred them to several people who have also been pleased.

After 18 months they refused to come back and now more than 25 percent of shrubs are dead. The boss Andrew lied to me and said they don't do landscaping anymore and they have no responsibility. I've gotten an estimate from another company to replace the dead shrubs for 4200$. Stay away from these guys!

Within days of contacting First Class Lawn care, Andrew was responsive and they had a team out to our house. It was in a very tight spot, in a city setting. They weren't able to use a bucket truck because it wouldn't fit in the driveway. So the tree had to be climbed and cut down to size. It was an amazing thing to see, one climber, Jason, did the entire job with the help of two or three other crew who assisted, and did clean up. They were incredibly precise, having to maneuver in a tight space, surrounded by wires and other property. Not one wire came down, not one thing was damaged, and it was done in a ONE day! It started raining in the morning, even a little thunder and they just kept going. These people are absolute professionals, friendly, respectful, honest, and fairly priced. We got an original quote, and did not change the quote one bit once they got there and realized the amount of work that had to go into it, without the bucket.

Juan absolutely loves what he does and you can see this in the quality of his work. I wanted him to remove almost everything, minus a couple really old trees; me being an idiot and knowing squat about the trees I had, juan pointed out the ones I'd want to keep and explained why, Juan also recommended removing trees that were dying which I did not notice were dying, going as far as pointing out what was wrong with a very large tree that I wanted to keep (after he pointed a couple things out it was really obvious this tree in question needed to go, the tornado warning recently only proved this.) He is absolutely awesome, and he really knows his stuff.

After having 2 tree companies not show up or follow through, finding Juan and his company was such a blessing! From the minute I called to the minute they left after the work was complete, everything was top notch and very professional. Absolutely shady!…read more Wants to charge me $800 to remove leaves but never actually removes leaves. This company just attempts to blow the leaves onto grass and tries to cut grass (instead of picking up and bagging the leaves). The problem is there is still tons of leaves left in the shrubbery and also many parts of the leaves blown onto the grass aren't fully cut, so they blow back onto the patio and other parts of the house. After talking with Alfredo (owner) on the phone, he tried to say that is how he does it. But this is OBVIOUSLY the lazy way to try and remove leaves from a property. The house doesn't look good, and he is attempting to charge for services that still don't remove the leaves from the property. Look elsewhere for a landscaping company
